Ahead of the AICC meetingon Friday when he is expected tobe named the Congress PrimeMinisterial candidate, RahulGandhi today appeared ready totake up the responsibility.

"I am a sepoy of Congress. Iwill obey whatever order is givento me. I will do whatever Cong-ress wants me to do... Decisionsare taken in our party by seniorleaders," he told Hindi daily'Dainik Bhaskar' in an interview.

"Earlier also some decisionswere taken...Power is poison....Does not mean that I am notkeen to take responsibility.There is no word of reluctancein my life...Congress has neverbeen specific. Whatever task theCongress wanted me to accom-plish, I have done that," Gandhisaid when asked whether he wasready to take up the post ofPrime Minister and about per-ceptions of him being reluctant.
