Topics to be covered are listed below:The use of environmental cleanup to facilitate redevelop-ment;Montana Petrofund Eligibility and Transfer to New Owner-ship;The Analysis of Brownfields Cleanup Alternatives (ABCA), which includes discussion of cleanup costs; andAn overview of the cleanup plan for the property.
A copy of the ABCA will be available for public review and comment at the public meet-ing. Bear Paw Development will accept comments on the ABCA at the August 9th public meeting or via email to the Brownfields Coordinator, Sa-mantha Chagnon ([email protected]) from August 9th through 19th.
