Forest owner organizations
The Norwegian Forest Owners’ Federation was founded in 1913, and is the central organisation for six regional cooperatives. The regional cooperatives cover almost the whole of Norway and represent about 36 000 family forest owners, with a market share of approximately 80 percent of the timber market.

Lunner Almenning….whats that??
• Almenning is an old Norwegian institution, based on laws from year 800 AD.
• An Almenning «owns its self» and has a purpose to go brake even after given benefits for the licensees.
• The land or the forest in an Almenning cant be sold or be in a kind of mortage.
• Special rules, benefits and right for the licensees.
• The licensees has a minimum of farmland and all of them have equal rights.
• All the benefits and rights are supposed to support managing and operating the farmland and the farmers animal herd ( Barns, buildings, fences, ditches and pasturelands). No cash, only supporting the farmers bills.
• There is still an opportunity develop, build and grow the business for better outcome for the licensees and their benefist.

The old sawmill and areas close will be transformed in to apartments, offices, shops and institutions for seniors and Healthcare.
We are going to heat up all the buildings with bioenergy from our own woodchips
