• Students under the age of 21 may not possess, transport, consume, or
be in the presence of alcohol
Alcohol Policy:
• The manufacture, distribution, possession, sale, or use of any illegal or
controlled substance, including misuse or prescription drugs is a
violation of University regulations.
Substance Use Policy:
• Range from a warning, fine, parental notification, attendance at an
Alcohol Education Class, completion of a drug education module or an
individual substance use assessment, removal from the residence halls,
and possible suspension or expulsion from the University.
Sanctions for Violations of Alcohol & Substance Use Policy:
• Talk with your student about the choices they will face as a college
student.
