Safety in Action: Lombard Corridor Collision AnalysisLombard Corridor Pedestrian Collision Rate: 27 pedestrian collisions per mile (citywide pedestrian collision rate is 4 collisions per mile)*
Lombard Corridor Vehicle Collision Rate: 91 pedestrian collisions per mile (citywide vehicle collision rate is 12 collisions per mile)*

Transit Stop Collisions• Approximately 70 % of all
Muni collisions occur at transit stop intersections
• Over 50% of collisions at transit stop intersections involve boarding opera-tions (e.g. pulling to/from curb, parked/standing/stopped)
