ginning of the event. The registration fee does not include any
withholding tax.
Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend you must cancel your registration in writing
by 15th August 2013 to receive a refund less a 10% administration
charge. We cannot accept verbal cancellations. Cancellations re-
ceived after 15th August 2013 are liable for the full conference
fee. We suggest you send a substitute to attend in your place at
no extra charge.
