WIELKOPOLSKA AGRICULTURAL ADVISORY CENTRE IN POZNAŃ
Wielkopolska Agricultural Advisory Centre (WODR) is a public organization established in 1999 after the unification of different advisory centres in the region (the first one established in 1957).
We operate on the basis of the Act on Agricultural Advisory Units
Since 2016 public advisory runs directly under the ministry of agriculture and rural development
Staff – 300 person , about 250 advisor
About 35 % of the budget from commercial activity
WODR promotes and disseminates innovative services in agriculture related fields. In particular, the centre conducts agricultural advisory covering activities in such fields, including agriculture, rural development, agricultural markets and rural households, in order to improve the level of agricultural income and improving the market competitiveness of farms, to support the sustainable development of rural areas, as well as raising the level of professional skills of farmers and other inhabitants in rural areas.

Training base
•3 Exhibition and Training Centres ETC (in Sielinko, Gołaszyn, Marszew)
The tasks of the ETC include: •organization and maintenance training, field demonstrations and workshops for advisers, farmers and residents of rural areas; •fairs, field days, agricultural exhibitions and others responsible for innovation for agricul-tural production and rural areas. •activities and demonstration of experimental implementation on the basis of conducted field demonstration

E-services
Electronic Platform of Services (EPSU) is software that is direct contact Wielkopolska Agricultural Advisory Centre in Poznań with farmers and residents of rural areas. The service enables the provision of services in the field of agriculture in Wielkopolska region electronically using the public telecommunications network.
WIELKOPOLSKA AGRICULTURAL ADVISORY CENTRE IN MAIN ACTIVITY – TRAINING AND ADVISING
• WODR focuses on current economical, and technological analysis including required quality standards, environment and landscape protection, country and EU regulations.
• Advisory Teams in counties provide services by the use of various means such as trainings, direct advisory for farmers and rural inhabitants and activities in the area of financial aid granted by EU funds or national funds.
• Advisory Teams and the Exhibition Centres are the main organizers of massive popularising of know-how for rural inhabitants and producers.
In each district the advisory team employed the main specialists in: animal production, plant production, rural development, environmental protection, economics.

network between farmers, advisory bodies, research units, SME’s in the agrifood sector and other entities supporting the implementation of innovations in agriculture and rural areas,
• facilitating the exchange of expertise and good practices in the area of innovation in agriculture and rural areas,
• assistance in the creation of groups for innovation and assistance in the development of projects by operational groups and partnerships for innovation

FIE general goal
The experiment will run and implement e-services advisory
system for agriculture with the use of drones. It will consist 4
services, especially on the market of small and medium-sized
farms, which at the moment cannot afford expensive solutions.
Important element for the experiment will be the financial
analysis carried out by DIH.
FIE short description
The solutions and services exist but are limited to a narrow market or
are in the experimental phase. The task of the pilot will be to use the
capabilities of DIH to implement, test and prepare e-services for
mass use. The reduction of costs should be related to the connection
of services with public agricultural consultancy, which supports a
large number of farms in a given area (grouping of recipients and
services).
The scope is to analyze, choose and implement minimum 4 of 10
identify possible e-services.
In the experiment will involve 10 farms. In order to compare the
results, there will be 2 large farms, 4 medium and 4 small ones.
Farms cooperating with WODR as demonstration network farms. The
scope is to do minimum 80 tests - 4 e-services, 10 farms, 2 tests per
farm.
To the innovation experiment there will be involve team composed
of system analysts, business analysts, economists, programmers and
testers. An important factor of the experiment will be the
involvement of final users of the targeted services.
