What you can expect
Wood Group GTS graduates follow a two
year structured rotational programme
and will gain in-depth exposure to gasturbines and their components as well
as experience different parts of the
business.
Six month assignments are completed
at various domestic and international
business locations, such as the UK, US,
Canada, Switzerland, Thailand and Israel.
Geographic flexibility is required with
international exposure preferred.
Throughout your development, our
hiring teams will ensure that your
technical skills are honed through varied
project opportunities and hands-on
experience. You will be paired with a
mentor throughout this programme
which will remain constant throughoutyour rotation. Wood Group GTS will
also support your professional IMechE
certification or similar training as well.
Whats more, the programme offers
exposure to things like quality and
business improvement initiatives along
with commercial and/or business
exposure. Your final placement in the
programme will be determined in a
location that best matches up your talent
and interest to the needs of the business.
