Community Meetings Underway for Streetcape
Council staff met the communities of
Gunning and also Laggan to design main
street features as part of the Streetscape
project.
Photos feature the Gunning meeting with
consultant Jennie Curtis facilitating the
discussion.
Further Meetings follow the first week of
July Collector Tuesday, Crookwell

The Works and Operations staff met at Crookwell (Monday) and
Gunning (Tuesday) to discuss and action implementation of
Council resolutions and progress Asset Management and Project
Delivery.

Rehabilitation work continues on Grabine
Road
Heavy Vehicles between 4.3 and 4.6 metres
high. Upper Lachlan Shire Council has supplied Restricted Access Vehicle
maps to both the National Heavy Vehicle Regulator and Maritime Services
websites.

Heavy vehicles with a height between 4.3m and 4.6m can access the following roads as a Restricted Access
Vehicle
Main Road 54 - Goulburn to Bathurst;
Main Road 248 West - Crookwell to Boorowa;
Main Road 52 North - Crookwell to Gunning.
All other roads in the Upper Lachlan Shire Council are subject to permits from the National
Heavy Vehicles Regulator.
Council will be undertaking condition rating of its road network. These condition records will be used for the
assessment and decision making regarding heavy vehicles.
