Proposal

Amendment to Land Use Bylaw 5700 to rezone Cityowned lands to a more appropriate zoning.

From: Park & Recreation (P-R) and Public Building(P-B)

To: Public Building (P-B) and Park & Recreation(P-R)

See attached map for land use details.

What Does This Mean?

Approval of this land-use bylaw amendment will al-low for the development of an elementary school onthe site as well as the accompanying sports fields.

The current zoning(s) are in place in anticipation of aschool site, but was zoned before a site plan was de-veloped.

This land-use bylaw amendment will update the zon-ing to reflect the site plan for the school alignmentand the adjacent sports fields.
