DOWNLOADING FILES FROM BSPLINK Go to www.bsplink.iata.org And you will then need to enter your login and password – remember that this is case Sensitive. Once in BSP link you will be given a list of different options
Click on FILES Then click on download files
You will then see the file name date file type size and the download button Click on the download button

This screen will appear
Click on the file name eg: NZaz2321_20040504_airline HOTS.zip You will automatically save this
You will save this file in C: BSPCONNECT/AIRCONNECT/WORKING
Sometimes you will see multiple files within BSPlink which are credit card cancellation files,Summaries etc…you follow the same procedures as above Once you have done this go back to AIR AICONNECT and go Main Maintenance and click on the working button

You will see that the File that you downloading from BSPLINK is now in the working folder If you have downloaded multiple files you need to click on each one and make sure they are highlighted… these folders will all be WINZIP folders Then Press Open It will run through a process and then you need to go back to UPDATE button
then press that and you will go to the database update selection and one box should be ticked “ UPDATE TICKET HISTORY AND STATS

Press OK and then in the next screen press UPDATE
Once this is done you can go to the MAIN function of AIRCONNECT and view in REPORT VIEWER the HOT for that particular period…. ZZ040405.SZZ
And if you have downloaded any other zip files eg credit card cancellations you will Be able to find them in BSP Reports button in the Main Section too!
Obviously all tickets from that particular HOT and all Adcms and Refunds will also be attached to the tickets too
