Subscriptions Urbanation’s three subscription services can be accessed separately or together, each with quarterly publications and online access to our state-of-the-art database.

Condominium Market Survey

Regarded as the "Industry Bible" for stakeholders in the GTA condominium industry. Each quarter, Urbanation conducts a complete census of market data for every condominium apart-

ment project under development. Additionally, we provide a review of every high rise development application and track condominium resale activity by individual project.

UrbanRental Report

The quarterly publication analyzes important trends and reports on key market metrics such as average rents and rents per sf, rental transaction volumes, building turnover rates, listings,

average suite sizes, days on market, and purpose-built construction totals and proposed developments - with summaries at the GTA, municipal, submarket and project level.

Urbanation Property

Urbanation’s new Property Sales service provides a perfect compliment to our monitoring of the residential market. The service describes and interprets sales priced at over $2 million, with

a complete historical database of commercial transactions over the past 25 years.

Consulting Urbanation regularly conducts high quality market feasibility studies for new condominium and purpose-built rental apartment projects across Canada. We use a multi-disciplinary approach

to our studies, leveraging our proprietary database, external data sources, on-the-ground-knowledge, industry contacts and, most importantly, our depth of analytical expertise.
