To change the background of my image I had to remove the existing background. To do this I used the magic wand to remove what I could. Since it did not remove everything I then used the polygonal lasso tool to remove the excess left behind

Once the background was removed I then went on google and searched for a black and white brick wall. After finding the picture I liked I copied and pasted it into Photoshop. Using the free transformation I enlarged the imaged to the size of my photo. As the

background was in front of the image I had to move that layer behind my original photo to get the model in front of the background

I began by opening a a4 black page which was 42w by 29.7H. I then copied my image from the previous steps on to my new black canvas

I then using the rectangle tool created 3 rectangles which I placed on the bottom and two on the top corners. I then filled the rectangle with my desired pink colour

In this step I copied my article that I wrote prior and pasted it into photoshop cutting it into 3 paragraphs and spacing them how I wanted .

I then copied some pictures of social media logos and placed them at the bottom of the page. I also typed in my quote in my desired font downloaded from dafont.com and using the stroke tool to outline the quote making it stand out more. I also inserted a page number on the top right hand corner

I decided to make my own album art to place on my DPS in order to promote my models album. To do this I started with a 6x6 inch black square

Again I searched for a cool tumblr image on google that I liked and copied and pasted that on to photoshop

Using the text tool I inserted text of my models name in initials and used the font elephant.

I then again using the text tool inserted the name of her album “greatness from small beginnings” using the same font and placed it on the bottom of her initials
