WomenShelter of Long Beach: Since 1977, WomenShelter of Long Beach has helped thousands of families overcome the trauma of domestic abuse and assists victims, regardless of gender, and their children by providing supportive services including emergency shelter and safe housing, a 24-hour crisis hotline, counseling, social services support, legal and health advocacy, transportation services, and much more, all at no charge.https://www.womenshelterlb.org/
Midnight Mission: Founded in 1914, The Midnight Mission offers paths to self-sufficiency to men, women and children who have list direction. Our emergency services, 12-step recovery, family living, job training, education and workforce development programs offer a compassionate bridge to achieve and maintain healthy, productive lives. Lost Angels Childrens Project Inc: Lost Angels Children's Project (LACP) serves disadvantaged youth, young adults, families, and distressed communities through innovative vocational training, social enterprise, and traditional outreach programs. Lost Angels participants host semi-annual events where they collect and distribute cleaning products, toiletries and baby products to homeless Lancaster families living in trailers.
