STRENGTH

So yeah, GREY.Now what?

This gives all of us a platform for initiatives.Any kind of initiatives.

We can resemble a united support committee, where we promote events, help out each other,

involve everyone where it matters.

In short, we are still the sameUG Foundation batch

but with a common interest-

UNITY.

But, WHAAAAAIIIII?????!!?!?!?!?!

So that we can get people with similar interests together. So that we can give a good idea a good end result.

So, who runs it?

I GOT DIS

YOURUNIT.

The basic scenario>

Stuff you can alreadyparticipate in>

HiVE is called so because it's made by a bunch of different people working towards one goal, much like bees making honey.

It was started by Alok N.R, Bharat Singhal, Nikhita Prabhudesai and Prajakta Kulkarniand was guided by Jitendra Arora.

HiVE was started for one purpose - to get the students, faculty and staff together -giving a platform for people's voices, so that opinions and experiences are expressed

and shared amongst all of us. It can also be used as a platform to share knowledge and to showcase your work, course work or otherwise.

The page number of HiVE has grown from 4 to 8 to 16 sides. It is decided based on the response from the community.

Anyone can contribute.

24fps is the college’s best and only exposure to world-class cinema.

It is a cinema club that has been active at MITID for over 3 years now.

It revolves around the notion of being able to watch the most critically acclaimed movies which we

otherwise are not exposed to.With a large library of global cinematography, 24fps

has regularly given students a great variety of films to watch and enjoy.

Usually, there are 1-2 movies or documentaries screened in a week at the Projector Room after

working college hours. The regular ritual involves a 45 minute post-screening

discussion, but due to mess timings, this is slowly dying out.

24fps connects all cinema lovers. So if you are one, go ahead and involve yourself.

24fps

iDid is MITID’s very own design store, run entirelyby a student body. The store encourages students and aspiring young designers to take their ideas to the next level. It is a great platform to showcase talent, skill and creativity and make it available to the public.iDid regularly participates in exhibitions and festivals and makes students’ work available for purchase on a public level.

iDid has held stalls at Kala Ghodaand Ishanyain recent years.

So don’t get left out!

EVERYONE IS COUNTED.
