Arvind has been in business and consulting domain for a long period and

has handled many and varied responsibilities. His interests and activities cover a large canvass including

IT product and services business, International business and strategy consulting for Indian companies,

information security consulting, marketing and sales, mentoring business startups, etc. He has advised

Swiss investment promotion programs for India strategy for about 9 years.

Arvind is actively managing two companies - Ascent Intellimation Pvt. Ltd. and Ascent Strategic

Management Group.

Ascent Intellimation is focused on leveraging information technology for industrial automation

application and specifically for remote assets management, IoT and IIoT platforms and M2M platforms.

Ascent Intellimation has family of products and platforms in this space and client base in India, USA,

Germany, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, etc.

Ascent Strategic Management Group Pvt. Ltd. is a management consulting company with focus on

international business and Information security. He is also associated as Advisor with other companies in

similar domains and also in domain of information security.

He is associated with Information security industry in India and currently Chairs the Pune chapter of

Data Security Council on India, a NASSCOM initiative. Under his leadership DSCI Pune Chapter has

undertaken very promising programs some major ones are – SIG for Security products and technologies,

CISO Round Table, IS Challenges for automation domain, etc.

Arvind is a regular speaker at conferences and events covering areas and topics like IoT/ IIoT,

Information centric business strategies, Information security, etc.

Arvind started his career in the Indian Army and served for 6 years before seeking voluntary release.

Sujata is a thought leader in Industrial Internet of Things

(IIoT) and convergence of Industrial Automation and

Information Technology. An Instrumentation & Control

engineer from College of Engineering, Pune; Sujata has more

than 25 years of experience. She has worked with Alfa Laval

and KPIT before founding Ascent Intellimation in year 2000.

She has ably led the company to a niche position as a

supplier of software solutions in industrial automation and

IIoT space. Sujata has wide ranging experience in areas like environmental monitoring,

smart manufacturing, reliability engineering etc. Under her leadership, AIPL has

conceptualized and developed an innovative Internet of Things platform, PlantConnect

and various products based on this platform.

As an evangelist of her chosen field, Sujata’s focus is to help organizations recognize and

embrace diverse ways in which manufacturing data can be beneficially used by various

stake holders. Sujata has pushed this cause through participation in various events; paper

presentation in conferences, discussions in professional forums, etc.

Sujata is active in various organizations like ISA, TiE and CII. She is currently President

of ISA Pune Section and member of various global ISA committees. She is a charter

member of TiE.
