Dr. Ayman al-Zawahiri: “Dawn of the Imminent Victory” (September 12, 2011)

On September 12, 2011, Al-Qaida's As-Sahab Media Foundation released a message from Dr. Ayman al-Zawahiri titled, "Dawn of the Imminent Victory: Ten Years after the Blessed Tuesday Battles.” In the message, al-Zawahiri stated: “ten years have passed since the blessed battles on New York, and Washington, and Pennsylvania. That massive, mighty incident shook the pillars of the international crusade and continues to shake it.” He continued, “If the Arab peoples are liberated from the chains of fear and horror, who has won and who has lost? The American-allied media claims that Al-Qaida’s methodology in confronting the [Arab] regimes has failed, but that media pretentiously forgets that Al-Qaida and most of the jihadist current have continued their efforts for more than a decade and a half, mostly setting aside confronting these regimes, but focusing on attacking the head of international crime, and this methodology, and especially after the attack of September 11, has caused direct American orders to have lost grasp of these regimes on their people. That helped in causing a popular, cumulative movement and mobilization that led to the explosion of the popular volcano, which is the point that Shaykh Usama bin Laden—may Allah have mercy on him—used to assure. He used to assure that as much as we increase pressure on today’s madness, America, that will lead to weakening it, and subsequently weakening its cooperatives. So whose policy has really won and whose has lost?” The message also addressed the Libyan people, noting, “…NATO has reached your sky and sea and is getting ready to come on your land, so what have you prepared for it? Have you forgotten what NATO is made of? Have you forgotten about Italy and her crimes in your country? What it has done to your ancestors? Have you forgotten France and what it has done to the Islamic Maghreb and ash-Sham? Have you forgotten who Britain is and what it has done with most of the Islamic World and Palestine?” The video also included a message from Usama bin Laden, who said, “your current president has…warned you about the tyranny of the capitalism of the big corporations, which will practically…continue controlling your main branches of authority, which means that you will become hostages in their hands. The tyranny of capital is more harmful to you and us and the entire world, and this the reason for speaking to you.”

“In the name of Allah and praise Allah, and prayer and peace upon the messenger of Allah and upon his family, companions and allies. Muslim brother everywhere: peace be upon you and Allah’s mercy and blessings, and thereafter: “In the beginning, and before I resume my talk, I would like to congratulate Muslims everywhere on the Crusader alliance’s repetitive announcement to withdraw from the steadfast Mujahid, Afghanistan. And in the previous statement, I had congratulated the Muslim Ummah on the beginning of the American withdrawal from Afghanistan, and today I congratulate you on the announcements about Britain, France and Germany initiating their withdrawal from Afghanistan. And what is hidden is greater, and Allah is in control of his affairs but most people do not know.” “Also, before continuing my talk, I would like to encourage the benevolent Muslims to begin aiding their brothers in Somalia as much as they can, and to not allow a Muslim people to be killed by famine and hunger while we rejoice, as days roll and money is naked and [could be] regained. The benevolent people must spend it for the cause of Allah before they depart with it. The Muslim Ummah must aid its brothers in Somalia as much as it possibly can, and if they [Muslims] cannot, then they should keep praying for them and pray [damnation] on Arab riffraff who waste the resources of their Ummah and sell it to the West with the prices enforced upon them with the holes of its [West] guns.” “I ask Allah the Glorified to speed it up for our people in Somalia with near openness and to elevate their awards and to reward them goodness for what they have lost, and to bring them steadfastness in what they’ve been tested on, and to use them in obeying Him, He is the Nearest and the Listener.” “My Muslim brothers everywhere: these days, ten years have passed since the blessed battles on New York, and Washington, and Pennsylvania. That massive, mighty incident shook the pillars of the international crusade and continues to shake it. Ten years have passed in which the Muslim Ummah gained victory with its Mujahideen and crowds over the crusader arrogance—consecutive victories with the grace and blessing of Allah.” “And as I mentioned before and reiterate as a reminder to the believers: in the last decade America suffered from 4 striking blows that hopefully would be the glad tidings of its defeat and degradation, with the grace and help of Allah. The first blow was the blessed attacks on New York, Washington and Pennsylvania; the second strike was her defeat in Iraq at the hands of the Mujahideen, headed by the Islamic State of Iraq; the third strike was in Afghanistan at the hands of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Mujahideen; and the fourth strike is the Arab peoples’ revolution against her [America’s] agents throughout the glory and liberation spring, which, we ask Allah that it will be America’s cold, fearful winter and dark tunnel. And it will not exit it except with defeat and loss, with the help of Allah.”


“And last year, we passed by numerous dangerous events and the time will not allow to discuss each one in detail, but in my statement I will point to four events: the Arab spring, the secession of South Sudan, the martyrdom of Shaykh Usama bin Laden—may Allah have mercy on him—and America’s withdrawal from Afghanistan.” “As for the Arab peoples’ revolution and uprising against the agents of America, I remind my brothers that America had thought that the Arab region had been stable under its control through a group of cooperative rulers, whom America had appointed and positioned. But the blessed mighty Arab uprising earthquake came to flip America’s calculations upside-down.” “America has lost Zain al-Abideen bin Ali unwillingly, and has been forces to lose Hosni Mubarak, and it is now losing al-Qadhafi and Ali Abdullah Saleh and Bashar al-Assad forcefully. And soon, Allah-willing, it will lose Al Saud, and Abdullah, descendent of traitors, and the oil traders on the Gulf coast, Boutafliqa, and Muhammad the Sixth, forcefully and submissively. And every time the reign of one of America’s agents, Obama and his Secretary of State, come out to tell him ‘you have to leave as you have lost legitimacy, and you are a killer of your people.’ Glory to Allah! Why don’t they say that to Al Saud, killers of Muslims and robbers of their resources, and the most corrupt family in the Arab World, politically, behaviorally, and trade of faith? Why don’t they say that to the gulf rulers who consider the ground and what’s above it and what’s below it and whatever passed on it as personal treasure? Why don’t they say that to Zardari and Keyani, who, with orders from America, are killing their own people in Waziristan, Swat and the tribal regions? Why don’t they say that to Karzai who’s killing his people with the American and NATO jets?” “Glory to Allah! Open deceit, unique hypocrisy, and unprecedented opportunism.” “America and her allying media, and they are deceiving themselves before others, also claim that America and her values have won, and that the radical currents have lost. But they pretend to forget that the blessed Arab revolution has removed Hosni Mubarak, America and Israel’s strategic treasure, and Zain al-Abideen bin Ali, her loyal agents, and is shaking the pillars of the other members of the puppet club.” “All of them are enemies of Islam and Muslims in servitude and obedience to America, so who won and who lost? They pretend to forget that the blessed Arab revolution has liberated thousands of prisoners from the Islamic current who were imprisoned under direct orders from America, and they, Allah-willing, will go off to the arenas of Da’wa and advocacy and bringing awareness to the Ummah, so who won and who lost? They pretend to forget that the blessed Arab revolution has liberated the Arab peoples from the chains of fear and horror.”


“The Arab peoples want Islam and its rule, and America and the West are hostile toward it. The Arab peoples want military, political and economic independence, and America and the West want to occupy our countries, steal our resources and corrupt our political lives. The Arab crowds want culture and education that express our Arab and Islamic identity, and America and the West want to change our educational curriculum to be slaves for them. The Arab crowds want to liberate Palestine—all of Palestine—and America and the West want to support and protect Israel and judaize most of Palestine. The Arab crowds want to liberate all of the Muslim homelands, and America and the West want to extend the presence of their forces on our land. I also incite the rich people who are dedicated to supporting Islam to go forth and take advantage of the current openness in Tunisia and Egypt in order to establish new media podiums that advocate the righteous doctrine and Islam that is independent from dependency on the arrogant, and ones that reject the injustice of the corrupt rulers.” “And speaking about the bloomy Arab spring and the harsh American winter leads us to speak about some details. In Syria, the imprisoned, violated and suppressed country, the Baathist, sectarian, criminal regime that has protected Israel’s borders for more than 44 years, throughout which it did not even throw one stone at them, is committing ugly crimes against our people and brothers in the Sham of steadfastness, jihad and defiance. And Bashar today, in Hama and the rest of Syria’s cities, is committing his father’s crimes against the people of Hama of the year 1982, in which 40,000 martyrs were killed and in which 15,000 persons were displaced.”


“O’ our people in the Sham of steadfastness, Jihad and glory: continue your resistance, uprising and defiance against the unjust, oppressive and corrupt regime. The tyrant of ash-Sham has begun to dwindle, so do not stop pressuring him until, soon Allah-willing, he falls, and continue your Jihad and resistance and if the people of interests give you up, keep going with your Jihad and resistance, and if the Arab governments, which fear their peoples, gave up on you, continue your Jihad and resistance, and if the military council in Egypt gave up on you, and if the Arab league of states and its secretary gave up on you, who told the journalists 5 months after massacres in Syria ‘if you expect to see original stances [or solutions] from the league, you won’t find it.’” “And this, Nabil al-Arabi himself, signed, 10 days after the beginning of the Egyptian revolution, a document requesting Hosni Mubarak to leave, and this contradiction is explained by this man’s history. He was a loyal employee in the Egyptian government until he was placed in retirement, and he insisted to keep a hold onto his career and participated in the scandal of ‘Camp David,’ until 3 ministers from the foreign ministry from al-Sadat government resigned. This man was very trustfully connected with the Mubarak family interests as I explained in the 5th episode of ‘Message of Hope and Glad Tidings for our People in Egypt.’ Then, the man, simply, jumped from Hosni Mubarak’s ship—just as the Americans became displeased with it as well—to the ship of the current military council.” “Continue your Jihad and resistance. And if Erdogan is content with empty statements as he said ‘Hama is a red line,’ the governmental criminal forces raided with tanks and heavy artillery Hama, Deir al-Zour, Homs and Damascus peripheries, and others, turning Syria entirely into a red spot from blood, body pieces and ruins. Continue your Jihad and resistance, even if Hasan Nasrallah, along with his group, unveiled his true face when he described your blessed uprising as ‘a plot,’ gave up on you.” “As for the steadfast Egypt, it became apparent to anyone who sees that the military council is not qualified to be trusted. As I mentioned last April and said then that the military council had turned the blessed people’s revolution into a military coup, in an attempt to contain the Egyptian people’s outrage by avoiding holding the criminals responsible, because this council consists of Mubarak’s men whom he assigned to lead the armed forces, and thereafter America assigned them to administer Egypt.” “The history of the military council in dealing with the Egyptian people is stained with the crimes of the military courts, which has issued approximately 100 orders of execution for those who had confronted the injustice of Hosni Mubarak, and many times that number of long prison sentences. Instead of offering apologies to the victims of the military courts and seeking forgiveness from them, the military council remains practicing the crime of political detention and recommencing the military courts. The matter even reached the highs of arresting those who were released earlier and turning [unlawful] cases that are 13 years old against them from the era of Hosni Mubarak, just as happened with Shaykh Muhammad Al-Zawahiri—may Allah release him from prison.


The military council was under Mubarak’s leadership and the armed forces, which protected Israel’s borders and security, and have been sanctioning Gaza, and have been securing gas supply to Israel. And I repeat what I mentioned in the last statement, that the continuation of supplying Israel with gas is a crime even if it was [sold at] higher prices than the market, so what if it is reaching Israel at lower prices than the market?” “So, it is a complex crime that began with Hosni Mubarak and resumed by the ruling military council. And should we mention supplying Israel with gas? It is worthy to reiterate commending the honorable, free heroes who bombed the gas line for the 4th time. I ask Allah to reward them the best of rewards to protect them from every harm and from the evil of the military council and its security forces, which secure the supply of gas to Israel.” “The military council was Mubarak’s leadership of the armed forces, which was a principle pillar in the American-allied military institution, which supported the military American efforts in attacking Iraq and Afghanistan and allowed the passing of American fleets through the Suez Canal and even handed them supplies and fuel, and with its forces it participated with the Crusader alliance that’s occupying Afghanistan. And therefore, the military council declared, as soon as it undertook authority that it abides by the international agreements; the Camp David agreement and, specifically, the peace agreement with Israel. Obama had requested him to do so, and visits from Mike Mullen, Robert Gates, and Frank Weisner continued to assure that. Therefore, praise poured on it [military council] from the biggest criminals in Washington. The military council is the one that keeps rejecting detaining Hosni Mubarak in Tura prison, in which the military council keep detaining those who confronted the Mubarak regime and preventing them from very needed medical treatment. Also, why is Mubarak being tried in the Police Academy where many criminals from the previous era still exist? Doesn’t that allow the police to manipulate the procedures of the case, such as eavesdropping on the judges’ deliberations and altering documents and influencing witnesses and others?” “For example, I remember an incident that happened with us when we were tried on the Big Jihad Case in Ard al-Maared [land of exhibitions], when the Judge Abdulghaffar Muhammad discovered eavesdropping by the intelligence on the deliberation room, and he proved that in the case hearing. It was a scandal, but the rule in general was the biggest scandal.” “Also, the brothers discovered that a number of intelligence officers and prosecutors [were] in the court room, and the judge removed them, but the state prosecution defended them and their presence, which Abdulmajhid Mahmoud was one of its members. O’ what do you know about the state prosecutor’s office?” “The military council avoids bringing back what Mubarak had stole, but it is spending extravagantly on his medical treatment and stay outside prison, while most Egyptians are fighting for a bite of food and can’t find water for drinking and [agricultural]


watering. 40% of them are under the poverty line, and most of their incomes don’t exceed one dollar daily. The military council has left the corrupt people for two months before it mobilized its general representative to investigate them, and then it began slowly and sluggishly trying them and monitoring them; some ran away, and some were smuggled from the thieves of Egypt.” “The military council and the ministry of interior keep going back and forth in trying the killers of the revolution’s martyrs. Why aren’t the snipers who killed the martyrs brought to court? The Ministry of Interior knows them one by one and knows the numbers on their weapons, and the medical [forensic] examiner can determine from which weapon the fatal bullet took off, removed from the body of the martyr. The military council is cooperating with Essam Sharaf, former minister during the Mubarak era in order to come up with a trick, the so-called ‘ruling articles in the constitution’ in order to prevent ruling Egypt with Islam [Sharia]. Honestly, this is the case, and therefore, Egyptians who insist on having an Islamic rule, and the Islamic current in general and those who resisted against Mubarak’s corruption in specific, shouldn’t accept this absurdity. They must insist that principles that are above the constitution are the Sharia principles, and gather the Ummah via a popular general awakening to make the Sharia a ruling [principle] not to be ruled, commanding and not being commanded, leading and not being led.” “Our brothers and families in Egypt: the battle is still long and corruption remains at large and its roots are still strong and uprooting it requires a huge effort, and requires loyal men who would sacrifice their souls and money for the cause of Allah and who’d speak the truth even when it’s bitter. And the most credible of those who’d carry this responsibility are the loyal men of the Islamic movement, especially those who confronted the injustice, betrayal and corruption of Mubarak.” “Thus, [speaking] to those [aforesaid] specifically, and [also] to every supporter of Islam who cares for his victory: I remind them with matters, first of which to remember that what Allah has awarded them of space and freedom aren’t for relenting and enjoyment, but it is a test just as they were tested at times of hardship and narrowness.” [Verse] “Secondly, to know that they are strong because, firstly, they are on [the side of] truth, and secondly because they enjoy the support of the Ummah. And therefore, they should not surrender their principles and doctrine, and to be cautious regarding giving any legitimacy to the constitution and the man-made laws or the corrupt conditions that spread in the country.” “Thirdly, to know that Crusader-Zionist alliance, and whoever supports, maintains and follows its directions, doctrines and behavior will relentlessly try to negotiate with them over their goals and demands. They should be attentive, cautious and steadfast.”


“Fourthly, to care for real reform whose important base and main pillar is the legislative reform, and the first step in it is to state clearly that the Sharia is the source of legislation and anything in opposition to it would be considered a fallacy from the articles of the constitution and the law. For example, there was an officer named ‘Gamal Abdul-Nasser’ who joined the Muslim Brotherhood and swore an oath of allegiance to them and then he split from them. The Brotherhood collaborated with him in his coup so he can rule with Islam, and as soon as he won the authority he did not fulfill his promises. And the rest of the calamity remains engraved in the memory of the Ummah.” [Excerpt] [Ayman al-Zawahiri] “For example, we should not ignore what happened in Algeria with the front for rescue and in Gaza with the Hamas government.” “My brothers and family in the steadfast and defiant Egypt: I believe it has become clear to anyone who sees that there is a war taking place in Egypt to prevent Islam from ruling and to establish an irreligious state in it. I believe that those who advocate that are known and recognized. Despite their fewness, they are skillful in shouting and raising their voice. They claim to be democratic, but, as it became clear to everyone, they do not respect the opinion of the majority unless it matches their opinion. If it opposes their opinion, then they will try to prevent it, cover it and hide it, and then gang up on it with all means.” “And I believe it has not been hidden from you that the West does not respect democracy, but it respect its interests and gains. And perhaps it became apparent to everyone the amount of money that has flooded and remains flooding over Egypt to teach Egyptians the America-based democracy, B-52 emocracy. They do not hide their aims, and it is enough to review RAND Corporation documents to know what they want;


they want the secularists atheists to rule the Muslim Ummah, and they consider anyone who wants to apply the Sharia a radical. Meaning, they consider the Muslim Ummah a radical nation. Islam is a religion that calls for Tawhid [monotheism], and one of its most important pillars is establishing the Islamic Sharia and not to be ruled by anything else. America wants to enforce, on the entire world, what it refers to as international legitimacy, which is an international authority that obligates the world but doesn’t obligate America, and that represents the will of the winners of World War II, and that obligates the world to submit to the will of the 5 arrogant [countries] in the Security Council.” “Islam obligates Muslims with the duty to liberate their lands from the invaders, but America is occupying the Muslims’ lands. Do not allow it to waste the blood of your martyrs and your sacrifices.” “O’ Muslim Mujahid Libyan people: you lived for more than 40 years under suppression awaiting the moment of salvation, freedom and justice, so do not allow anyone to trick you or negotiate with you, or steal your freedom and glory, which you offered, for 40 years, the most valuable of what you possess for that cause.” [Verse] “O’ Muslim Mujahid Libyan people: when al-Qadhafi falls, many sects will rush to take charge of authority, so be aware of those whose life was spent in serving al-Qadhafi and then rebelled against him, and remember those who sacrificed their lives and money, and left their homelands and spent their youth in prison in defense of Islam and freedom and justice. O’ our people in Libya: remember the poetry lines by Ahmad Shawqi in lamenting Omar al-Mukhtar [Poetry]” “Our people in Yemen, I say to them: you have been suffocated by the tyrant who ruled you for more than 30 years and spread corruption on the ground, and turned Yemen into an American supply base. So be very cautious not to be tricked, and be very cautious that the Americans will not replace an agent with another, enforcing on you a new agent of theirs under the pretext of democracy and freedom. Be cautious towards the authority-seekers and those fighting over it; those who spent their lives serving the Yemeni tyrant and serving the America interests and have been fattened with Al-Saud’s money, and then today they come to resist injustice and help the oppressed, but fighting for the cause of America, under her command and in coordination with her against the honorable and free ones and Mujahideen of Yemen.” “As for you O’ Muslim Pakistani people: your fathers and grandfathers have suffered dangers and withstood calamities so their hopes could be achieved in establishing a homeland for Muslims in the Indian Peninsula. But unfortunately, that homeland has transformed to an agency of services for the American Crusader occupation. It is selling your glory, dignity, honors and blood to the Americans in return for a cheap price with a


handful of dollars. Why do you submit to the rule of the mercenary soldiers and the bribed politicians; why do you not revolt against them?” “Look around you. Your Mujahideen brothers in Afghanistan are defeating the Crusader alliance and their hypocrite helpers, and your brothers in Tunisia and Libya, Egypt, Yemen and Syria have risen against the unjust, corrupt tyrants, so why do you not revolt? Why do you remain silent toward the degradation and betrayal and theft and bribery, while you brothers are crushing the reigns of the suppressive tyrants around you? Remove the normalizers with Israel, and establish an Islamic state in Tunisia that supports Muslims and Mujahideen. And many of its members have visited Israel many times, and even the head of the committee alongside 40 of its members objected to the discussion of a suggestion, offered by one of the participants, to state in the preamble of the new republic that Tunisia refuses to normalize with Israel as long as Palestine remains occupied.” “The free, honorable and zealous Muslims in Tunisia must lead an advocating, encouraging popular campaign that unites the nation and that will not stop until Sharia in Tunisia becomes the source of legislation, and rejects any articles that oppose it from the constitution and the law, until Tunisia break her relation with Israel and halts her participation in the war on terrorism, and supports the rights of Muslims in Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan and everywhere, and until a regime that preserves the Islamic morals and values is founded and purifies Tunisia from immorality and adultery, and protects the rights of the poor and the weakened and the unemployed, and thus would guarantee the just minimum wage and the main services needed for dignified living, and that would stop the theft, robbery and embezzlement.” “The second thing I would like to point out of events is the secession of South Sudan. In the beginning I would like to assure that southern Sudan is a fruit from a corrupt seed that was implanted when Sudan was split from Egypt. Egypt was an Ottoman province


that extended from Mediterranean Sea in north to Uganda in the south. And after the English occupation, the English enforced the practical divide the double rule over Sudan. But the unit of the Nile Valley remained a matter that couldn’t be surrendered by the majority of Egyptians and Sudanese. Sudan remained officially a part of the Egyptian crown, although practically it was in the grasp of the English.” “And hope toward the unity of Egypt and Sudan after the English left remained on the minds of the majority of the Nile Valley inhabitants, until the hero of the Arab unity made an agreement with the British and a group of Sudanese politicians to split Sudan from Egypt in February 1953. The hero of nationalism and the Arab unity began his rule by splitting the biggest part of his nation. Gamal Abdulnasser’s goal was to control a part of the nation he could suppress. And because he realized that he could not suppress Sudan with its wide territory, he decided to split it from Egypt and be content with the territory he could suppress. And this is how the division story began in the Nile Valley and only Allah knows to which extent it would end up. And it is a story not so limited to the Nile Valley only, but it has been done in more than on location in our Islamic World.” “The story of crushing the Caliphate state by the European occupation to many wide regions and then destroy what’s left of it, through the British-Russian-French agreement to divide it when World War I ended, which, the Sykes-Picot agreement was a part of. And this is how the nationalist state was established, which they laud today, which in truth it is the fruit of a Western plot to crush the united Islamic country. And then generations came about who praise that nationalist state, without knowing that, in reality, they would be praising Sykes-Picot and Kitchener in our Arabic east and Durant in India, and others who tore apart the pieces of the Caliphate state. The matter didn’t stop when those tore it apart, but the project continued in dividing what is divided and crushing what has been crushed.” “Just to be brief, the Sudanese republic was founded and began dealing with the problem of the south, which the English had left there as a time bomb due to what they imposed of closed-region policy and racial purification of Arabs as well as fighting anything that is related to Islam and [pan] Arabism, with encouragement of armed missionary infiltration in the south. The Sudanese government began treating the problem in the south through a bad policy, which was based on weakness in confronting rebellion and injustice and marginalization of the southern people. Rebellion elevated until the coup by al-Bashir, whose one of the most reasons for were the worsening of the situation in the south. The government of rescue rose up and began encouraging people’s effort to liberate the south under the pretext of popular defense so it won’t be accused of terrorism.” “Despite that shortcoming of the popular defense, the Sudanese people [positively] reacted to it widely, and victories continued over the rebels, and there were victories achieved that Sudan never witnessed before since its inception, and the forces of the popular defense were able to raid Torrid, center of the rebellious popular movement in


July 1992. And it reached the borders of Uganda, which are regions the Sudanese army

never reached since the independence of Sudan. And at that time the Sudanese

government hosted Shaykh Usama bin Laden—may Allah have mercy on him—to help it

with his investments, and it began taking an Islamic direction and opened the door for

Muslim migrants.”

“But soon thereafter the Sudanese government collapsed, after a short period before

the America, Western and Saudi pressures. It stopped popular jihad and expelled

Shaykh Usama bin Laden—may Allah have mercy on him—and even seized a big part of

his money, and along with him it expelled the rest of the migrant Mujahideen. And what

made this collapse easier is the Sudanese government’s adoption of a twisted doctrine

that raises a delusional interest above the rulings of the Sharia, which resulted in their

internal struggle over positions [of authority]. Some of them imprisoned each other, and

they sought the help of their enemies against each other, and they rushed to please the

popular movement and the Americans. And concessions accelerated as well as the field

and political regression before the rebellious movement, which was financially and

ideologically supported by the West, Israel and America. And the Sudanese government

fell in what others fell in, which is the policy of weakness and humiliation, which led to

the signing of the ‘Nefasha Agreement,’ which resulted in the secession disaster. The

program didn’t stop there, but collusions sprang up in Darfur, Nuba and east Sudan.”

“This was a quick look at the story of Sudan’s secession. That disaster represents a

defeat for Sudan, Egypt and the Arab world, as with the secession of Sudan under the

American control and Israeli influence, the Israeli influence thus extends to southern

Egypt and the Arab World and controls an important and dangerous part of the Egyptian

water resources. And with that Israel is able to control two very dangerous matters:

continuity in sanctioning and pressuring Egypt, and continuity in working on dividing the

rest of Sudan.”

“And now, after the disaster that is expected to worsen and elevate occurred, every

loyal one in Sudan must be dedicated to supporting Islam and confronting the Crusader-

Zionist program, and to begin the serious work as the battle is long and violent.”

“The zealous people in Sudan must be careful to, first: Sharia [must] be the source of

legislation in Sudan and anything that opposes it from the articles of the constitution

and the law gets cancelled, and to take off with a popular, inciting advocacy campaign

that encourages the Sudanese Muslim people to demand that and pressure the

government to submit to that. Second, to work on extinguishing the fire of collusion in

Darfur, south Kordofan, south Nuba and east Sudan, through gathering the religious,

wise and rational people to submit the injustices the crowds in Sudan complain about,

with preserving whatever is left of Sudan’s unity in the face of the Crusader-Zionist

program that seeks to divide Sudan to crushed shards. Third, the zealous people in

Sudan must prepare themselves to defend their doctrine and honors and country

against the ever-expanding Zionist-Crusader program, and they must collect and store


weapons and train on them, and train on the guerilla warfare methods and arts, and to consider the reasons of needing them as the government that digresses before the West won’t defend you.” [Verse] “O’ Muslim, Mujahid, defiant steadfast Sudanese people: you are in a great Islamic trench, and won’t Muslim won’t have victory without you, and should calamity occur it is not the end of history, and the struggle continues, so take off O’ Muslim Mujhid people to defend the southern trench of Islam and choose leaders who would stand with you in Jihad and not sell you in the politics market and change in the first round or submit to the will of the arrogant, and would lead you to victory Allah-willing.” “When the South Sudan republic was declared, the General Secretary of the United Nation announced in the same day in Jouba that it became the newest country in the United Nations, while the West is standing rigidly facing the Mahmoud Abbas government’s request suggesting a Palestinian State based on the 1967 borders, and Obama declared that that act would harm peace. And here, a word is needed regarding joining the United Nations, which is that joining the U.N. clearly means recognizing Israel because the U.N. chart obligates the signees to respect the safety of all the countries’ lands in it.” [Narrator—U.N. chart excerpt] [Ayman al-Zawahiri] “Meaning: Limiting Palestine to the regions occupied by Israel in the June 6th, 1967 war, representing one-fourth of the total size of Palestine. And so I warn anyone who advocates joining the U.N. that he would be selling Palestine and recognizing Israel, so he should prepare for an answer to that before Allah, then the Ummah and history.” [Verse] “He who wants to announce a state from one side [based] on the pre-1967 borders is surrendering the Palestinians of pre-’67 Israel and would be denying their right to be liberated from it, and would be giving them up and sending them to live indefinitely under the suppression of Israel. And like that the nationalist movement gives up its own people and the national liberation movement would be disavowing her citizens and kneeling to the secular movement in front of the religious Jewish occupation.” [Verse] “The third event I would like to point out is the incident of the martyrdom of the reviving Mujahid Imam Shaykh Usama bin Laden—may Allah have mercy on him. Shaykh


Usama bin Laden had two goals: one general and one specific. As for the general goal, it

is to encourage the Muslim Ummah to [engage in] Jihad, and this has been achieved

with the grace of Allah. As for the specific goal, it is to receive martyrdom for the cause

of Allah, and he received it—as we consider him—after a lifetime full of Jihad with soul

and money, and resistance, migration and brutalizing the enemies of Muslims—the

Russians and then Americans—and he received martyrdom on the hands of the most

hostile enemies to Islam in this time—the Americans. Thus, congratulations to him on

what he received, and we ask Allah to accept from him what he offered for His cause,

and to grace him with the degree of martyrdom and to connect us with him.”

“The martyrdom of the Shaykh—may Allah have mercy on him—is a highly powerful

push to encourage Jihad; as the Shaykh was a model during his life, and then Allah

awarded him the most honorable of finales while fighting the most hostile enemies of

Islam, thus becoming a model in his death as well. The Shaykh, since his youth, left

behind all the pleasures and luxury of life, and he refused any negotiations over that.

The Shaykh had told us that when he was in Sudan and the Saudi government pulled his

citizenship and froze his money, because he had commanded the good [deeds] and

forbade the malicious in the face of the corrupt Saudi government, and especially in

advisory and reform statements; at that time, an offer from King Fahed reached him

that he would receive back his citizenship and all his money would be returned in return

for issuing a declaration praising King Fahed. May Allah have mercy on him, he refused

that [kind of] concession, and held himself above the citizenship and money, and

continued commanding good deeds and forbidding malicious ones.”

“The Shaykh not only left the pleasures of life but he also sacrificed all his life as a

migrant Mujahid, steadfast in the trenches of Jihad in defense of Islam and chasing after

all the enemies of Islam from amongst the biggest arrogant and their agents in our

countries. And he never relented from jihad against the Russians and then the

Americans, and launched a defensive campaign against their aggression on Palestine

and the rest of the Islamic homelands. And he continued leading his brothers in Jihad

against America until he received the highest Jihadist title, which is martyrdom for the

cause of Allah. So what noble, high, lofty model could the life of this hero offer

Muslims? The life of that Imam personified many noble, honorable meanings, and

Muslims saw it represented as a living model in front of them, living amongst them,

encouraging them and defending them. The Shaykh, with his martyrdom like with his

life, proved that America does not face one person, or a group or a sect, but it is facing

the rising, revolting Ummah of Islam; as Jihad is elevating and the Islamic Arabic face is

becoming clearer in the Arab revolutions after the martyrdom of the Shaykh Usama.”

“…The fact that America does not face persons or groups but an uprising Ummah, that

fact is not recognized by America, and it even does not want to recognize it. And I

expect that it will not recognize it, as its arrogant nature will push it to be constantly

arrogant and to reject the facts. And this may perhaps become a reason for her defeat

and withdrawal Allah-willing.”


[Narrator] “And before the talk jumps to the subject of Afghanistan and its updates, we present you with a video recording of the martyr of Islam—as we consider him—Shaykh Usama, may Allah have mercy on him, which he had directed to the American people but never released previously.” [Shaykh Usama bin Laden] “Praise Allah who orders justice and righteousness and prohibited injustice and aggression, and thereafter:” “O’ American people: peace be upon those who follow the guidance, and thereafter: the subject of my speech is the tyranny of capital [ism] and its role in the wars underway between us. And in the beginning I remind [you] that focusing on some words could have avoided you much blood[shed] and money, and here, there’s a warning that one day you would become slaves to the Jewish capital, and what you were warned about happens. The Israeli Lobby has been applying pressures on the White House for decades to support and help the Israelis in killing our people and occupying our land, and from here [you observe] our reactions before the [September] Eleventh and afterward. And here was the advice that you did not work with, preserving your already lost security. Also, your current president has also warned you about the tyranny of the capitalism of the big corporations, which will practically, after the relevant court, continue controlling your main branches of authority, which means that you will become hostages in their hands. The tyranny of capital is more harmful to you and us and the entire world, and this the reason for speaking to you.” “O’ American people, should you consider these words would be your gate to exit the childish, unjust, unsuccessful wars, which have been a primary cause of your financial crisis. The owners of these corporations are traders of war and they ignited them between us, and they are the ones who took your money using various tricks to finance them [wars] to the point you almost went bankrupt. And 6 years ago you were told that the Mujahideen, as well as the White House administration, are together shooting goals on your economic net, but you did not acknowledge the rationale until tomorrow.” “And he who follows your efforts to change sees that many of them don’t touch the roots, and the truth is that you are circling in an empty link. A few years under the tutelage of the republicans and others with the democrats and like that over and again, while your train is moving on the same rail tracks the big corporations have positioned decades ago to serve their interests. This is absurdity that does not suit the rational one. Many of your representatives in the White House and the two houses of Congress are double agents. And despite that…the most important of your demands are the big


corporations, as those are the uncrowned kings, and they are the true leaders of

America and the world.”

“And because these companies are attacking the rights of peoples in many countries through supporting the loyal parties or the oppressive king, or with unjust military

coups, these aggression and the soldiers’ interference in your countries come masked, and from here the secretary of defense Gates was enforced, and Mullen and Petraeus

were solidified, and the opposing generals were all expelled so the war and its

expenditure can continue. And it is beneficial to read the book ‘Obama’s Wars’ by Bob

Woodward.”

“It would have been better for Obama to be more honest with you and tell you that

there are pressures to continue the war and also support the Israelis, not based on the

needs of America’s interests but for the needs and benefits of the influential lobbies in Washington. And from previously, it appears that his words and yours ‘Yes, We Can’ could not be achieved, and it appears that the way to stop the tyranny of capitalism is to

carry out a holistic true change that would help you on liberation…not liberating Iraq

form Saddam Hussein, but liberating the White House in order to liberate Barak

Hussein, and then everyone would be liberated from the domination of these

corporations. What helped your ancestors in pushing away the tyranny of British

capitalism was reading the book ‘Common Sense,’ so if you do good in realizing the

situation today, then you will rescue yourselves tomorrow. And remember that you are

in your longest wars ever, and with everyday’s subset you are losing money and gaining coffins at the hands of the heroic Mujahideen in Afghanistan and Iraq. O’ what kind of business that is, marginalized the minds of its people with repetition of absurdities of

the White House for the last 9 years about the nearing of victory, while the facts on the

ground and in reality are otherwise.”

“As for us, we gain patience and steadfastness to continue our war of hemorrhaging you from He who has the safes of the skies and earth, so praise to Allah. Be certain that we

do not fight you simply for the kill, but we remove killing from our people, as killing a

human with right is injustice and killing his killer is [fair] judgment. Know that justice is

the strongest army, and security is the most pleasurable living that your hands have lost

when you began supporting the Israelis on killing our people and occupying our land

Palestine, and the Gaza massacre is not unknown, and the path to security starts with

stopping the aggression, so why are you wasting your blood and money for nothing?

And peace be upon those who follow the guidance.”

“As for the fourth event I would like to discuss, it is what I began my words with, which is the withdrawal of the Americans and their Crusaders allies from Afghanistan, and it is

a huge event, and its results will Allah-willing be highly effective in the region and even

on the international policies, and its anticipated consequences will be higher than the


consequences of the Russian withdrawal from Afghanistan. The defeat of America in Afghanistan will Allah-willing be an example to all the Muslims and the weakened in this life, summed in: the Islamic Emirate with all of what Allah awarded it, of dependence on Him and certainty with his promise, and solidity and persistence and insistence, and sacrificing money and souls without hesitation or fear; it was able to confront what it calls itself ‘the strongest force in the history of humans.’” “All of the arrogant forces ganged up on the Islamic Emirate, and the United Nations considered it a passing gang and plotted schemes and conferences against it, and even forbade it from having [international] conventions applied on its prisoners. And the Islamic Emirate with all of these aggression and plots stood facing the international arrogance with its various shapes and kinds, and facing the most advanced technology with the simplest weapons, but with the power and help of Allah it is defeating all of that and leading its people behind the banner of Islam and Jihad in a unique jihadist battle that will be mentioned in the Islamic history with glory and endearment, of victory, winning and glory, without offering in its jihadist journey any concessions or regressions.
