Corporation visionSo,since this is somewhat a part of DarkRising and has a genuine connection with it, corporation vision should be identical to mother corporation:

Dark Rising Vision Statement – rev. August 2012

“To enable our pilots to enjoy all aspects of EVE, in a safe and friendly environment. The leadership aim to provide members with regular group activities which will help develop both the Corporation and the individuals within it.”

If we continue on how this vision will be achieved we again may use the original principles within DarkRising by adapting them to newly established corporation.

Recruit

From the core basics we may say that recruitment would be done in 2 fronts: 1)DarkRising by doing its own recruitment MAY send recommend a recruit to join this corporation 2)Recruitment is done by the corporation itself.

Recruitment can bbe done using:

1) EVE GATE forum thread

2) Advertising corporation in in-game channels (such as Recruitment)

3) Looking for new potential members in EVE recruitment forum section

4) By inviting recruits on corporation public channel.

Entertain

Entertainment while in FW ca be provided by

*planning coporation Ops with defined doctrines

*doing new player training sessions/ introduction to FW mechanics

Retain

Basically everything that is said originally should be followed as well. In addition to the monthly newspaper, a section along withDarkRising activities, a chapter should be dedicated to FW corporation achievements as well.

Corporation goals

Main goal of the corporation is………????Need many ideas

Goals can be achieved by:1. Becoming a successful FW corporation (indications of that may be: regular fleet

ops with 15+ numbers on a regular basis, high activity in gallente militia operations and killboard)

2. Become a self-sufficient corporation (indicators: operational corp logistic system/ship replacing programs/sustainable corp income/corp capital fleet)

Corporation HQ

Few possible solutions for corporation HQ:1. Staging in one of Gallente strongholds

(Nisuwa,Vlillirier,Nennamalia,Eugales,Eha note:a little

research should be done before the decision, maybe discussing with few gal fw corp ceos about the best place)Regarding the connectivity to mother corporation,Vlillirier is probably the best option here (it is also the staging system of JUSTK and several other corporations, plus few pirates from Exodus)

Corporation Policy

Identical to DarkRising.All rules should be applied as well.

( Changing DR new members essiantials and applying it to FW corp!)

Connection with DarkRising

So, few things should be pointed out:1. ONLY WE will be blue to each other2. Ability to call for arms if needed ( in terms of

number support/capital). Note:EXE involvement in such

events are a topic of discussion.3. ONLY during joint activity lead by FW

corporation,mother corporation members will be threated by Gallente FW corporations as BLUE.

Corporation logistics

Corporation will have a Jump Freighter alt of its own ( not related to the corp) which will provide all equipment and ships to staging system.(starting point). Later a number of these alts should be used by corporation members ( same as in DR)

A marketing team will be assembled to take control and provide station system with all that’s necessary ( should be detailed more with specific items/ ISK required and so on)

These are groups of people who should be noted. More discussion should be made regarding each group separately or corp management in general.

Corporation internal communication

Internal communication should be provided by creating a separate section in current DR forum ( as suggested by someone). Everyone should have access to it, no only FW corp members.

Teamspeak: DarkRising old ts channel will be used for corp purposes.Note 1: DR members can also hang there even afk.Note 2:DR members should also be encouraged to have GALMIL ts channel in their ts bookmarks.Note 3: FW corp should also be encouraged to have EXE TS bookmark ( this may be changed if argued)

Corporation external communication

1)Fw corp/DarkRising public channels2)GalMil TS3) EVE Gate forum threads/participation in current FW related ones

Note: FW corp as suggested should not have access to EXE jabber nor TS/forums. No direct connection to EXE should be considered.

Sandings

0FW corp should have perma-blue standings with DarkRising. No conflict should ever occur between these corporations unless agreed so.

0No blue standings towards EXE

Other

0Some specific doctrines could be used in relation to EXE ones.

These two require some creativity.1) Do we use DR related name? ex. Dark Initiatives/ Dark Dawn / Light
