Introduction The critical issues discussed in library
management are the physical space and its utilisation.
As the Fifth Law of Library Science states, Library is a growing organism, and accordingly the growth is a constant phenomenon of the library.
The paper emphasize some perspective views on space management is a changing environment in particular with the coming up of digital content and network access to this content.
Highlighted how space to fit into the changing context of content

Content discovery Service
Proprietary These products rely on a massive centralized
index populated by the universe of content products to which libraries subscribe, open access materials, and local resources such as
those managed through its ILS.
Major products include ProQuest Summon, Primo and Primo Central from Ex Libris, EBSCO Discovery Service, and OCLC’s WorldCat Local.
Web Discovery tools There are two distinct elements of the Web: the
visible and the invisible or static and dynamic.Web Search Tools:
Web Browsers Search Engines Meta Search Engines Directories – General and Discipline Subject Gateways
Content Management System Bibliographic Management Tools
Conclusion:The core concept of Library has been “recorded
knowledge” as long as the process of recording knowledge as a human vocation continues.
The civilization in the past, presently and in future is inclined to find ways and means to store, process, organize and deliver the content, via communication networks.
What technology has to offer for the future can hardly be predicted with the best of expertise in ICT developments.
Wait and watch is the main hope of the human being.
