Payment Terms

Shipping Schedule

Damaged Shipments & Shortages

The following terms apply to our customers with open accounts (net 30 days). Invoices are due 30 days from the date of invoice. A finance charge of 2% per month will be applied to past due invoices. Accounts with unpaid invoices over 60 days of invoice date will be placed on COD indefinitely. DRACO Equipment Co. bills by invoice. Invoices and monthly statements will be mailed. A fee of $40.00 will be charged for any NSF check.

We ship all orders received by 3:00 pm (EST) the same day the order is received, subject to part availability and carrier pick-up schedule. All orders will have a $5.00 handling charge per package.

If parts are damaged or lost in shipping, do not destroy packaging until the freight carrier has inspected the package. On truck freight shipments, please check your shipments before signing the bill of lading. For claims of lost or damaged parts contact our customer service department within 10 business days of the receipt date of goods.

Prices, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Prior to returning parts for any reason, you must contact our sales department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without a RMA number will not receive credit. The return must be sent back freight prepaid with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. All returned parts will be evaluated and must be in new and resale condition to receive credit. Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns are accepted after 90 days. Returned hydraulic cylinders are subject to an additional $50.00 repainting fee.

Please inspect your cores before returning them for credit. All cores will be evaluated and must be in rebuildable

condition to receive full core value. Any cores not returned within 60 days are subject to receiving only 2/3 core value.

Freight on core returns is at the customer's expense. Please include RMA numbers on all returns to receive credit.

DRACO Equipment has a 90 day warranty on new and rebuilt products against defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment. The exclusive remedy is replacement of defective products, or at our option, refund of the purchase price. All damages exceeding the purchase price are excluded, whether consequential or otherwise, regardless of cause.
