Music plays an integral role in the life of Concert Pianist Matt Miller. It’s his passion. Through the years, Matt has developed an

exquisite sound and impeccable performance style. Au-diences of all ages have come to enjoy and appreciate his signature sound.

A Valley Falls, KS, native, Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and a minor in Kansas History from Washburn University.

Throughout college Matt worked as a television Director at WIBW-TV in Topeka, KS. Upon graduation he served as public relations director for the Kansas Arts Commis-sion. In this position, Matt was responsible for inform-ing Kansans about the importance of art and culture, as well as promoting and publicizing Kansas Arts Commis-sion events including the Kansas Governor’s Arts Awards Ceremony and Artist Fellowship Awards.

His most exciting and challenging project was the National Symphony Orchestra’s American Residency in Kansas. Working in conjunction with local and regional media outlets, Miller promoted the seven-day tour and coordinated press interviews with the orchestra’s conduc-tors and musicians.
