many sailors around the world. Columbia’s “lightest” beer on tap
Harp Lager ABV 5%, IBU 21. Made by Guinness, a popular draft by itself or get wild and
float some Guinness on top for a black and tan
Greenline Goose Island, Chicago, IL ABV 5.4%, IBU 30. This honey colored American
Pale ale is sure to quench your thirst with its hop aroma and citrus flavor
Two Hearted Ale Bell’s Brewery, Kalamazoo, MI ABV 7%, IBU 55. Starting out in 1985
Bell’s Has grown into one of my favorite breweries in the mid-west. American malts and
enormous hop additions give this beer a crisp finish and incredible floral hop aroma.

Big Wave Golden Ale $4.75 kono, Kailu Kono, HI ABV 4.4%, IBU 20. Big Wave is a
lighter bodied golden ale with a tropical hop aroma, a smooth, easy drinking refreshing

Hennepin Saison $7 Ommegang, Cooperstown, NY ABV 7.7%, IBU 26.6. Ale brewed with
grains of paradise, coriander, ginger, sweet orange peel. Full bodied, hoppy and crisp.
Amber Ale $5.5 Bell’s, Kalamazoo, MI ABV 5.8%, IBU 32. Toasted grain and light cara-
mel notes along with a range of floral, citrus, and herbal hop notes make this amber ale
yummy!
312 Urban Wheat Ale $5 Goose Island, Chicago, IL ABV 4.2%, IBU 18. Inspired by the
city of Chicago and densely populated with flavor, 312’s spicy aroma of Cascade hops
is followed by a crisp, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body.
312 Urban Pale Ale $5 Goose Island, Chicago, IL ABV 5.4%, IBU 30. They nailed the
balance between the hops and malts on this one making it an easy drinker, with a crisp
clean finish.

a fruity hop aroma with a rich malt middle to create a perfectly balanced beer.

90 Minute IPA "perhaps the best IPA in America."
Commador Perry IPA $5.75 Great Lakes Brewing Co. Cleveland, OH ABV 7.5%, IBU 70.
Named for the naval officer and War of 1812 hero who battled the British enemy on
Lake Erie, medium-bodied and well-hopped with a dry, fruity finish. Don’t give up the sip!
Red Rye IPA $6.25 Founder’s Brewing Co. Grand Rapids, MI ABV 6.6%, IBU 70. Serious
hop bitterness, along with an unyielding grapefruit bouquet from the Amarillo dry hop,
balances the malty richness of four varieties of imported Belgian caramel malts. Pours
a spectacular crimson with a creamy tan head
Sixty-One $6.5 Dogfish Head, Milton, DE ABV 6.5%, IBU 60. The name Sixty-One is a
reminder that this beer is Dogfish Head’s best-selling 60 Minute IPA plus one new
ingredient: syrah grape must from California.
Bell’s Porter $5 .75 Bell’s Brewery, Kalamazoo, MI ABV 5.6%, IBU 27. This porter
emphasizes the darker, roasted aspects of malt, with hints of dark chocolate and
freshly roasted coffee. It’s prized for its creamy mouth feel and intense complex fla-
vors.
Edmund Fitzgerald Porter $5.75 Great Lakes Brewing Co. Cleveland, OH ABV 5.8%,
IBU 37. A complex, roasty porter with a bittersweet, chocolate-coffee taste and bold
hop presence. Named for the great ship that tragically sunk in Lake Superior in 1975
with many Northeast Ohioans on board.
Kalamazoo Stout $ 5.75 Bell’s Brewery, Kalamazoo, MI ABV 6%, IBU 51 Offering a
blend of dark chocolate and coffee flavors with just a hint of brewer's licorice. One
of Bell’s oldest recipes, it balances a significant hop presence against the roast malt
body.
Breakfast Stout $6.25 Founder’s Brewing Co. Grand Rapids, MI ABV 8.3%, IBU 60.
Brewed with an abundance of flaked oats, bitter and imported chocolates, and Sumatra

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale $4.75 Sierra Nevada Brewing, Chico, CA ABV 5.6%, IBU 38. Its
unique piney and grapefruit aromas from the use of whole-cone American hops have
fascinated beer drinkers for decades and made this beer a classic.
Daisy Cutter $6.25 Half Acre Brewing, Chicago, IL ABV 5.2%, IBU 55. A west coast Pale
Ale chock-full of dank, aromatic hops. Delicious!
Omission Pale Ale (GF) $6 Widmer Brothers Brewing, Portland, OR ABV 5.8%, IBU 33.
Bold and hoppy, Omission is a hop-forward American Pale Ale, brewed to showcase the
Cascade hops. Amber in color, its floral aroma is complimented by caramel malt body.
Finch’s Pale Ale $7 Finch’s Beer CO. Chicago, IL ABV 5.2%, IBU 40. an American style
Pale Ale featuring Crystal and Munich malts to give it a nice sweet, biscuit malt flavor

Totally Roasted Cider $7.5 Vander Mill, Spring Lake, MI ABV 6.9%. This superb cider is
steeped with candied pecans. Their homemade pecans bring vanilla, cinnamon, and a
nuttyness to this truly unique cider. Totally Roasted is semi-.sweet with a tart finish.
Ebel’s Weiss $5.5 Two Brother’s Brewing Co, Warrenville, IL ABV 4.9, IBU 12. A
German Style Hefe Weizen with nice malty sweetness and a soft aroma of clove, vanilla,
and banana, unfiltered for a glowing orange haze.
Little Sumpin Sumpin Ale $6 Lagunitas, Petaluma, CA ABV 7.5%, IBU 64. A truly unique
style featuring a strong hop finish on a silky body, Yummy. A filtered pale wheat ale
that is great for both IPA and wheat beer fans.
Matilda $7.25 Goose Island, Chicago, IL ABV 7%, IBU 26. Wild in character, with a
slightly fruity aroma and a spicy yeast flavor that is as unique as it is satisfying. Dry

Sophie $7.25 Goose Island, Chicago, IL ABV 6.5%, IBU 20. Fermented with wild yeasts

and lactose, lend to its complexity and full flavor. no actual chocolate was used to
brew this beer, heaps of chocolate malt give the beer its color as well as its chocolate
and coffee notes
Black Tulip $7 New Holland Brewing Co. Holland, MI ABV 8.8%, IBU 22. This Belgium
Trippel Ale is golden in color with a slightly sweet body. an enigmatic dance between
Belgian ale yeast and candy sugar complimented by a pleasing dry finish.

Moloko Milk Stout 22oz. $16 3 Floyds Brewing Co. Munster, IN ABV 8%, IBU 30. This
Milk Stout is brewed with a portion of golden naked oats and lactose milk sugar to give
it a rounded and full-bodied mouth feel. With a deep roasted and slightly sweet
maltiness.
Bourbon County Coffee Stout $10.5 Goose Island, Chicago, IL ABV 13.4%, IBU 60.
This excellent stout is made with Intelligentsia Los Inmortales, with aromas of dark
chocolate, roasted coffee, roasted malt, vanilla, toffee, bourbon, and oak make this
a must try for the bourbon barrel fans!
Bourbon County Stout $12.5 Goose Island, Chicago, IL ABV 14.2%, IBU 60. A liquid as
dark and dense as a black hole with thick foam the color of a bourbon barrel. The nose
is an intense mix of charred oak, chocolate, vanilla, caramel and smoke. One sip has
more flavor than your average case of beer.
Gumball Head $7 3 Floyds Brewing Co. Munster, IN ABV 5.6%, IBU 35. An American
Wheat Ale, Initially a seasonal summer beer, now brewed year round due to demand.
Brewed with Amarillo Hops and a generous portion of American red wheat, Gumballhead
has a complex hop aroma with notes of grapefruit, lemon zest, marmalade and peach.
Artic Panzer Wolf 22oz. $16 3 Floyds Brewing Co. Munster, IN ABV 9.5%, IBU 100. A
massive IPA that will leave your palate its hapless victim. A dry and stupendously hopped
medium bodied Imperial IPA.
Dreadnaught 22oz. $16 3 Floyds Brewing Co. Munster, IN ABV 9.5%, IBU 99. A hop-
head’s dream beer. This Imperial India Pale Ale has an opening salvo of mango, peach and
citrus hop aromas that sit atop a pronounced caramel malt backbone.
Blackout Stout $8.25 Great Lakes Brewing Co. Cleveland, OH, ABV 9%, IBU 50. This
strong, rich brew originated from recipes that British brewers tailored for the czars
and czarinas of the Russian Imperial court. Named for the infamous Blackout of 2003
that left the Northeastern United States in complete darkness, Blackout Stout is a
pretty useful friend to have around.

acter with a mild fruit aroma Oberon is sure to quench your thirst
Newcastle Brown Ale ABV 4.7%, IBU 25. Quintessential rich, English brown ale. Sweet,
malty, even nutty, Refreshingly good
