IMPORTANT NOTES

1 This Valuable Retirement Auction of high quality arable machinery and equipment takes place on behalf of

Messrs Morley & Boult who have farmed in the district for over 50 years producing cereal and sugar beet crops on

their own land and as contractors on local farm to a high standard with a wide range of well maintained machinery

and equipment.

2 Export: If any lots are to be exported outside the EU, VAT will be charged and retained by the auctioneer until a

Customs Clearance note is secured. The VAT will then be refunded. If confirmation of export is not secured within

8 weeks, the VAT will be paid to the vendor and declared in the normal way. If lots are to be exported within the

EU proof of VAT registration number and confirmation of port for export will be required otherwise VAT will be

charged.

3 Removal of Lots: All moveable lots must be collected before Saturday 1st October 2016. For those buyers

who need assistance with loading a Telehandler, where suitable, will be available, but please contact Raymond

Boult on 07768 254645 on Phil Free on 07879 840750 beforehand to arrange suitable loading times. Loading

of items after the 1st October 2016 will be the purchaser’s responsibility.

All lots will be the purchaser’s responsibility at the fall of the hammer whether paid for or not.

6 Number Bidding: All prospective purchasers must complete a Registration Form and register in the office on the

viewing day or morning of the sale to receive a number for bidding. PLEASE COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION

FORM BEFORE COMING TO THE SALE AND BRING IT TO THE SALE OFFICE AS THIS WILL SAVE

TIME.

7 Payment: If purchasers wish to pay by cheque and are not well known to the Auctioneer, then no lot will be

removed from the site until the cheque has cleared or without a suitable bank reference addressed to the Auctioneer

prior to the sale.

Payment can be made Credit/Debit Card, but please note there will be a 2.5% charge for Credit Card

payments, but no charge for Debit Cards.

8 Hours and Mileage: Are as at the time of cataloguing. V5 documents (where applicable) will only be supplied

after clearance of cheques or other payments.
