A message from our President Dear Colleague Ref International Crowd Management Practitioners Association (ICMPA) I am very proud to have been appointed as the first Hon President of the ICMPA and I am pleased to welcome you to our new and exciting association project. The new association creates the very first formal group that can truly call themselves `qualified` crowd managers.
