Open App – login by selecting ‘Activate membership card’

Select ‘Activate my card now’

Activating your membership

First screen when downloadingthe app for the first time. Tap

‘Log in’ to continue.

Enter email address Complete personal details

Logging in and using the app

Enter card number and activation code

Create password for your account. Must be at least 6 characters and contain 1

uppercase or numeric character.

Activation completed. Click ‘Continue’

Once personal details have been completed, a verification code will be sent to your email.

Full details of the lounge are displayed.

Homescreen. Airport at the top will default to the nearest

airport if location settings is turned on.

Scroll down to see details of airport lounges within chosen

airport. Can swipe right for more lounges.

Alternatively, for a full list of lounges at the selected airport,

tap ‘Lounge’.

After tapping ‘MEMBER ACCESS’ show this to the lounge staff to gain entry.

To find a lounge at a different airport, tap the pencil icon in

the top right hand corner.

Type in name of desired airport and select from list.

The airport has now changed.

To access the digital membership card immediately,

tap ‘Me

Tap ‘My Card’ Present digital membership to lounge staff to access lounge.

Topping Up Visits

Under account details tap ‘Add Visits’.

Choose the amount of visits your wish to

add and tap ‘Continue to payment’’.

Select payment method

Pick your card type by tap the relevant

logo.

Enter your card details and tap

‘Submit’ to complete the order.
