What is MyRewards?
MyRewards is a points-based rewards program open to sales makers at Dell EMC Solution Providers (“Partner”). MyRewards makes it easier than ever for sales representatives and system engineers to earn points for completing sales and activities all throughout the sales lifecycle. Enrolled members define their journey as they rise from Level 1 to a Top Achiever earning points that can be redeemed for incredible rewards and experiences.

A Partner Sales Representative or System Engineer (“Associate”) enrolls and accepts the Terms and Conditions.
• Associates must be an employee of a North America, Latin America, APJ or EMEA Partner that allows rep-level incentives. MyRewards is not available in Greater China.
• Note: Once approved, Associates will have access to the MyRewards website, but will not be authorized to make claims and earn points until the Partner has enrolled and accepted the Terms and Conditions.
Associates Engage, Learn and Sell to earn and redeem points.
Engage: Based on their role, region and/or country, members are eligible for specific promotions.
• Each promotion includes eligible products or services that earn points for qualifying activities or completed sales.
• Promotions and their statuses may change quarterly and new promotions may be added at any time.
• All available promotions are displayed in the My Promotions section of the MyRewards site.
Sell: Member sells an eligible product or service to a Dell EMC approved customer during the program claiming period.
• Sales are shown by eligible and enrolled Solution Provider and made available to claim for their respective eligible and enrolled Associates.
• Sales for eligible promotions are updated once per week via the MyRewards Claiming module.
• Members must claim the sales via the MyRewards Express Claiming module within 30 days from the date of the sale.
• All claimed sales will moved into a mandatory five day pending status to allow time for conflict resolution, as needed.
• MyRewards points will be issued when the mandatory pending status has passed without any reported conflict.
• All conflicts must be resolved by the Solution Provider’s identified Partner Administrator.
• If sales claims conflict, reward payments will be withheld while pending resolution; associated members will be notified with additional details.
• If sales claims conflict after points have been awarded adjustments may be made to resolve the conflict.

6 Redeem: Points earned can be redeemed in the MyRewards Reward Gallery on a variety of items ranging from virtual pre-paid cards, merchandise, events and travel.
• Reward options vary by country and MyRewards level. • Reward point values include all applicable sales taxes or value added taxes. • For tax purposes, reward value is based upon point redemption and remains the sole
responsibility of the recipient. • Points expire if a member does not maintain an active account in accordance with
the Terms and Conditions. You’re considered ‘active’ if there are login, claims and/or redemption activities on your account. Points may also expire if you are no longer employed by a participating Partner. Generally, your account is considered ‘active’ if there are login, claims and/or redemption activities on your account at least once every six (6) months. Please visit the MyRewards site for full details found in the Terms and Conditions.
MyRewards LevelsAll MyRewards members can rise from Level 1 to a Top Achiever and earn up to 3x the points for the same claimed sales.
Reaching Level 2 doubles a member’s rewards points and adds travel rewards to their gallery options. Travel options include destination vacations, cruises and more.
Level 3 triples a member’s reward points and adds concierge service when a member has 1,000,000 points accrued. Concierge service provides members with a personal shopper for unique and hard-to-find rewards.
Top Achiever triples the rewards points and grants access to unique Top Achiever benefits.

Earn more by successfully completing all Engage, Learn, and Sell objectives outlined in a given quarter to reach the Top Achiever level of the MyRewards program. Reaching Top Achiever status will grant a member access to unique quarterly earnings opportunities as well as 3X points for approved sales. Engage & Learn criteria are annual qualifiers -- once met, they carry members through the Dell fiscal year. Sell targets will refresh quarterly and a member must rank in the top 10% of earners in their region.

...Credentials
Important: A Credential is recognition from Dell EMC to partner individuals for completing a set of training courses aligned to their roles such as sales rep and system engineers. Earning Credentials will not only enhance the individuals' knowledge around Dell EMC products, but also help the company achieve Competencies required for program compliance. The Credentials align to your company's area of focus such as Server, Storage, Core Client and Solutions. Once completed, they are valid up to a year and the titles be carried by individuals from company to company.
Each Credential listed above requires multiple courses to be successfully completed. If you have completed all Trainings for the required Credentials by the 15th of a calendar month, you will be given access to the associated MyRewards Level and benefits within 2 business days in the following month. To start a learning path associated with a Credential, please visit the Partner Academy through the Training and Competency page of the Dell EMC Partner Portal. Once a learner has met all the requirements to earn either a Credential, within 5 days they can login to their CertTracker account to view and print out the affiliated certificate. PLease note CertTracker is invite only to a learner once they have earned their first Credential. At that point an automated message will be sent with their account information.
