3. CUSTOMER ACQUISITION BONUS* (CAB)

Sponsor a few friends and earn 10% on the Business Volume of everything they order. The Customer Acquisition Bonus is paid on the BV of orders in your organization through seven generations.

As a Silver(or above) Product Consultant, you earn 10% on the BV of everyone you personally sponsor; they are your 1st Generation.

Dependent upon rank, you can qualify to earn 2% of the Business Volume of your organization’s purchases, through 7 generations.

The Customer Acquisition Bonus is dynamically compressed. This means if the Sponsor is not a Silver(or above) Product Consultant, then the first eligible upline Sponsor will receive the Customer Acquisition Bonus, up to seven generations

4. SHOW & TELL (S.A.T.) BONUS*

Level 1 Explained

As you help others fulfill their dreams and create prosperity with goDésana, you can earn an unlimited number of $750 S.A.T. Bonuses.

When you personally sponsor a Customer or Product Consultant and they purchase a Build Your Own or pre-selected S.A.T. Pack, you will earn one S.A.T. Credit on Level 1 of your S.A.T. Team.

Level 1 of your S.A.T. Team can be filled by 1st Generation Customers and Product Consultants. There is no limit to the number of S.A.T. Teams you can build or the number of S.A.T. Credits you can receive.

Example: Five of your 1st Generation purchase a qualified S.A.T. Pack. You would have three concurrent S.A.T. Teams, earning $25 from Team 1 and $25 from Team 2.

You would need one more 1st Generation qualified S.A.T. Pack purchase to earn the $25 from Team 3.

S.A.T. BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:

A monthly auto-delivery is not required to earn S.A.T. Bonuses.

Level 2 Explained

When you have four qualifying S.A.T. Pack purchases from your 2nd Generation (Customers and Product Consultants of your personally sponsored), you earn an additional $200 Bonus.

Level 2 of your S.A.T. Team can be filled by 2nd Generation Customers and Product Consultants. When qualified, every time a 2nd Generation Member purchases a qualified S.A.T. Pack, you’ll receive a Level 2 S.A.T. Credit.

Example: Continuing with the S.A.T. Team examples, you have eleven of your 2nd Generation Customers and Product Consultants purchase a qualified S.A.T. Pack. You would earn a $200 Bonus from Team 1 and $200 Bonus from Team 2. You would need one more 2nd Generation qualified S.A.T. Pack purchase to earn the $200 from Team 3.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A monthly auto-delivery is not required to earn S.A.T. Bonuses.

To qualify for Level 1 and Level 2 of the S.A.T. Bonus, a one-time purchase of a qualifying S.A.T. Pack is required. S.A.T. Credits will not be earned until this requirement is met. This will qualify you for 31 days.

Level 3 Explained

You can also earn S.A.T. Credits for qualified S.A.T. Pack purchases from your 3rd Generation. When you have 8 qualifying S.A.T. Pack purchases from your 3rd Generation (personally sponsored by your 2nd Generation Members), you earn an additional $525 Bonus.

When qualified, every time a 3rd Generation Customer or Product Consultant purchases a qualified S.A.T. Pack, you will receive a Level 3 S.A.T. Credit.

Example: Twenty-one of your 3rd Generation Customers or Product Consultants purchase a qualified S.A.T. Pack. You would earn a $525 Bonus from Team 1 and a $525 Bonus from Team 2. You would need three more 3rd Generation qualified S.A.T. Pack purchases to earn the $525 from Team 3.

QUALIFICATIONS:

You qualify for Level 3 of the S.A.T. Bonus when you have made a qualifying S.A.T. Pack purchase within the previous 31 days. Because all qualified S.A.T Packs are an 80BV order, you will automatically be qualified as a Gold(or above) Product Consultant.

5. 3X7 COMMUNITY MATRIX (Expandable)

We use the word community because your Community Matrix can be built by your efforts, the efforts of your team, and also by the efforts of your upline, who are your support team.

Community Matrix Explained

When you create a Member account as a goDésana Customer or Product Consultant, you will receive three positions on the 1st level of your Community Matrix, which goes seven levels deep.

When a Product Consultant above you sponsors their eighth person or their twentieth person, because everyone only has three Level 1 positions in the Community Matrix, those new Members must be placed into open positions below them, which in some cases may be under you.

This means you may have Customers and Product Consultants placed in your Community Matrix who were sponsored by your upline.

You can have 3 Customers and/or Product Consultants on Level 1, 9 on Level 2, 27 on Level 3, 81 on Level 4, 243 on Level 5, 729 on Level 6, and 2,187 on Level 7.

Dependent upon your rank, you can qualify to earn 2% to 7% of the qualifying Business Volume ordered by Customers and Product Consultants in your 3x7 Community Matrix.

Check Match is determined by the rank you achieve, and your personal sponsorship tree, which is simply all of the qualified Product Consultants you’ve personally sponsored and the Customers and Product Consultants that they have personally sponsored, and so on.

Active: To be considered active, you must maintain the stated minimum qualifying Business Volume for your rank on a rolling 31 day basis.

Auto-Delivery: A recurring order that you can choose to have delivered to you each month, saving you the trouble of having to go online. Can be changed or canceled at any time during the month.

Business Volume (BV): Assigned value associated with each product for purposes of rank qualification, build your own S.A.T. Pack purchases, and earnings.

Build Your Own S.A.T. Pack: Customized product order that meets specific Business Volume requirements and receives up to 30% additional savings and free shipping in the USA.

GLOSSARY OF TERMSPersonally Sponsored Group Volume (PSG): The compounded seven level Community Matrix sales volume of each of your personally sponsored.

Rank Advancement: Rank Advancement for Jasper(and below) Product Consultants occurs twice daily and is based on the Business Volume from personal purchases and retail purchases made from your web site on a rolling 31 day calendar and number of Personally Sponsored

Example: On January 2nd, you place a 30BV order. You would hold the rank of Product Consultant for 31 days.

On January 12th, you place another order for 50BV. You would then hold the rank of Gold Product Consultant until February 2nd since from January 12th until February 2nd your account would have a total of 80BV.

If you did not place an another order on February 2nd, your rank would drop from Gold to Silver Product Consultant since you would then have 50BV. The Business Volume from the January 2nd, order would drop off.

To earn the rank of Amber(and above) you will need to meet a Personal Sponsorship, a Personally Sponsored Group Sales Volume, and a Matrix Sales Volume requirement.

Advancement to these ranks occur at the close of the calendar month and become effective on the 1st of the following month.

When you are a Amber(and above) Product Consultant your rank holds for the entire calendar month regardless of PSG Sales Volume and Matrix Sales Volume.

However, the requirement for active Personally Sponsored for these ranks is on a rolling 31 days. If during the rolling 31 days, you fall below the Personally Sponsored requirement for your rank and/or you do not have 80BV in the previous 31 days from personal purchases and/or retail purchases made form your retail, you will lose your rank until the close of the month and Rank Advancement is calculated again.

Spillover: Members placed in your Community Matrix by the Product Consultants in your upline.

Sponsor: Your Sponsor is the person who introduced you to goDésana.

Sponsor Placement: The person immediately above you in the goDésana Community Matrix.

Sponsorship Tree: Customers and Product Consultants connected to you through personal sponsorship.

Upline: Product Consultants above you in the Community Matrix.

1. A one-time, qualifying S.A.T. Pack purchase and the rank of Gold(or

above) Product Consultant is required to earn Level 1 and Level 2 S.A.T. Credits.

2. A qualifying S.A.T. Pack purchase in the previous 31 days is required to earn Level 3 S.A.T. Credits.

3. Purchasing a S.A.T. Pack under another Member’s account or a spouse residing at the same address will be considered Bonus buying and may result in retraction of Bonuses received and termination of your Member Agreement.

4. Product Consultants may not utilize the account of a spouse or family Member residing at the Product Consultant’s address for the purpose of purchasing qualifying S.A.T. Packs.

5. Qualifying S.A.T. Pack purchases must be paid for by the Product Consultant account holder, shipped to the primary shipping address listed on the Product Consultant’s account, and must be purchased with a credit card issued in the name of the Product Consultant account holder or the Product Consultant’s e-wallet account balance, not including any transferred funds.

6. Qualified S.A.T. Pack orders that are returned are credited to the Product Consultant’s MRP balance only.

7. S.A.T. Bonuses are paid immediately and released for withdrawal within 72 hours following verification of adherence to the Show & Tell Bonus Terms and Conditions.

8. S.A.T. Pack purchases cannot be moved from one account to another.

9. There is no limit to the number of S.A.T. Bonuses that can be earned so long as all qualifications are met.

10. Personally purchasing product or encouraging Customers and Product Consultants to purchase excessive inventory for the purpose of collecting Bonuses and achieving rank is prohibited and will result in termination of the Member Agreement.
