Place beef, tomatoes, potatoes, onions, carrots, cabbage, garlic, salt, cumin and coriander in a large saucepan over low heat. Add enough water to cover and stir well. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 2 hours.

Uncover, stir and cook uncovered for 1 hour or until the meat is soft. Season with salt to taste.

Serve hot and add a splash of lemon juice.

Cream of cauliflower cheese

ingredients

Servings: 4

3/4 cup water

1 cup chopped cauliflower

1 cup diced potatoes

1/2 cup chopped celery

1/2 cup chopped carrots

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup butter

1/4 cup flour

3 cups of milk

Salt and pepper, to taste

160 grams of cheddar cheese, grated

Place water, cauliflower, potatoes, celery, carrots and onion in a large saucepan. Boil for 5 to 10 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Reserve.

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Return to heat and cook until it has thickened. Add the cooked vegetables with all its stock, and season with salt and pepper.

Stir in cheese, stir and remove from heat when it is melted.

ingredients

20 girls red potatoes

½ stick of butter

salt to taste

1 can evaporated milk

1 cup water

2 or 3 teaspoons chicken bouillon powder

3 slices of chopped ham, diced

Boil the potatoes in water with salt and a little butter. Once cooked through, remove the shell. Pica five popes in small squares and set aside.

Blend the remaining 15 potatoes with evaporated milk, water and chicken stock powder. If you see that the mixture is too thick you can add a little water or milk to taste.

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and add the chopped ham. Fry well but takes care not to burn. Add the chopped potatoes and finally, pour the pureed potatoes. Stir lightly and let boil. Remove from heat and serve.

Note:

If you need more salt, add a little chicken broth powder. You can also substitute ham for sausage.
