Drive your Oce 365 deployment

Microsoft Oce 365 oers tremendous potential in terms of improved communication and collaboration. However, it also provides challenges that include changing infrastructure requirements, determining deployment approach, and ensuring an optimal user experience.

With the complexity involved, many rms are taking an “evolutionary” implementation approach-one that employs a hybrid mix of cloud and on-premises tools, and a phased and deliberate pace of deployment.

In fact, 62% of Oce 365 organizations choose a hybrid deployment strategywith the remainder taking a completecloud approach.1

Rollouts also vary by the sizeof the organization2:

Over 50% of rms with 1,000-5,000 employees use a limited pilot approach, followed by full-scale launch

Firms with 10,000 + employees primarilyuse a phased rolloutby business group, region, etc.

Over 70% of rmswith less than 1,000 employees use a“big bang” approach

DXC Technology believes many rms take the phased approach too far and stretch out implementations, reducing value and increasing cost.
