“Preparing, Teaching and Evaluating a Training Course”

• To gain an insight into adult education principles

• To develop instructors’ pedagogical skills

• To get drivers involved in their learning process


To ensure optimallearning transfer (including use of best practices)

EU directive 2003/59/EC

• Take into account drivers’ previous work experience

• Vary techniques and methods

• Check understanding through practical exercises and reviews

• Evaluate to ensure that the objectives have been reached

• Undergo a technical & pedagogical refresher course
