CR SERIES is designed for low voltage, 48~96V, motor applications. It can drive various type of motors, including induction motor (IM), permanent magnet (PM) motor, and BLDC motor, to meet different system integration requirement. The SMART-Tuning function also enables precise and quick learning of the motor, to increase the speed of drivetrain system optimization for the users.

CR features a comprehensive allocation of multi-function I/O pins for use with analog inputs, digital inputs, contactor coil drivers and proportional valve drivers. Field Orientation vector Control (FOC) algorithm provides the maximum torque and efficient control during the application. Flexible CANbus 2.0b interface connection allows communication with other CANbus enabled devices. CR series is compatible with other CANview tools, or by customized configuration.

Its robust design enables CR Series to sustain in the harshest operating environment. Its high power density makes it compact for ease of system installation. Its high reliability also allows the application to run everlastingly.

CP40 is specifically designed for the controller of integrated starter generator (ISG) for electric vehicle range extender. CP40 can control most kinds of AC motors as it includes two types of rotor position sensor (resolver and encoder). It can start the engine of the range extender, control the ISG, and convert AC power to DC which charges the battery pack. New control algorithm is embedded to reduce the vibration of engine and add the voltage stabilization of DC Bus. CP40 is DSP-based control with precision and performance.

In addition, CP40 can be easily integrated into any EV application as inverter due to its compact size with only 10 cm in height.

CS101-Battery Disconnect Unit (BDU) provides safe and reliable disconnect of high voltage battery pack to other power electronics, i.e. inverter, DC/DC converter etc. It ensures the safe operation during servicing, collisions, or fault conditions. When engaged at power-up, the contactors inside the BDU initially perform a pre-charge operation, which safely charges the capacitors in the high current electronic loads.

CS101 is designed with high accuracy of current sensing. It also provides monitoring points to ensure the contactors have closed/opened, and full detection for the current flow into the battery. CS101 is a cost effective pre-charge solution for BEV/ PHEV/ REEV/ HEV, and other applications where high voltage battery pack is used.

CS102-Distribution Box provides reliable high voltage power distribution from battery pack to power electronics. The embedded fuses enable protection for power devices. CS102 is a cost effective solution for BEV/PHEV/REEV/HEV application with easy installation.

The innovations of CP series power inverter with DSP-based control are specifically designed for electric propulsion vehicles, using high efficient IGBT gate in discrete architecture for high power endurance and density. Its robust design is suitable for various types of electric vehicle e-Drive system integration.

The inverter configures motor speed and torque after receiving comments from VCU (vehicle control unit) via CAN-bus communication. The inverter converts battery pack DC power source to AC power supply to drive propulsion motor. During vehicle braking, it can regenerate DC power back to battery pack for charging. CP Series also has efficient cooling system to enable its high power density design and performance, and provides protections against over current, over voltage or over temperature situation.

CP series provides maximum performance, efficiency, endurance and reliability for electric propulsion application, making electric vehicle drive more accountable.
