In August 2017, I spent the day with Bill Dally, just the two of us.

He’s chief scientist of a company called Nvidia.

Bill was driving me to the train station in his self-driving Tesla Model S.

Well, in a sense.

Bill didn’t drive us down the freeway. Bill’s car drove us much of the way.

He told his Tesla to, “Navigate to California Avenue Caltrain Station” and the car responded and drove itself.

How did the car learn to drive itself?

The answer is machine learning, which is mostly accomplished in graphics processing chips from Nvidia. Check out the image below — it’s the chip Nvidia designed to power Tesla’s self-driving function.

Nvidia is what makes that kind of machine learning possible.

This company exploits the natural parallelism of image processing. Images are millions of pixels all coming in parallel; graphics processors compute those millions of pixels and, thus, are intrinsically a paral-lel-processing technology.

They were initially developed for the gaming industry, and now they’re taking over the world. That’s a hardware breakthrough, not a software breakthrough.

And Nvidia led it...

In 2018, Nvidia’s stock reached a high of $262 a share, a return of 351% in 24 months... which more than quadrupled investors’ money.

This was a crucial Paradigm Point for early investors.

But Nvidia isn’t what we’re talking about today. They’re just a particularly poignant example of a forward-thinking company who passed all three tests in my Paradigm Points system.

I want to introduce you to a company just crossing its paradigm point now… whose technology is better suited to the world of tomorrow than the world of today.

And it all revolves around taking artificial intelligence (AI) to the next level.

Making AI Super-Powered AI technology is really smart. And really useful.

But it can’t do everything that people can do. AI needs to see and hear to function in the real world.

Well, the groundbreaking tech from CEVA, Inc. (NASDAQ: CEVA) can do it all.

Not only does the company develop the brains for AI (the processors that run the AI system), but also the eyes and ears.

That’s right. CEVA’s smart sensing products help the brains of an AI see and hear the world. The image above illustrates the specific path that CEVA’s software, ClearVox, takes in order to register what it sees and hears.

As you can imagine, this opens up a lot of new possibilities.

In regards to the Internet of Things (IoT), CEVA’s products can help security cameras identify a potential threat using facial rec-ognition. When combined with CEVA’s “ears,” an AI can also de-tect and respond to threatening sounds, such as breaking glass.

The company’s technology can also be used in the more relaxed “smart home” devices that respond to your commands.

For wireless devices, CEVA’s ultra-low power technology is designed to use less energy. This means that mobile devices with CEVA’s products are intended to help mobile batteries last longer. That’s an incredibly important advancement for mobile devices, and a critical part of the new 5G world.

They’re fantastic advancements. But what’s even better is the company’s vision for self-driving cars…

CEVA’s designs for the brains of an AI, combined with the eyes and ears, can help to make a car that drives itself.

This makes it possible for a car to see road hazards, identify how it needs to change course, and make the necessary changes. It could do all of this without a driver telling it how to drive.

It’s not just a theoretical opportunity, either. This tech is real!

This year, CEVA signed an agreement with a major automotive company to use its AI processors for self-driving cars.

The company isn’t saying who its customer is, but if it can get one client, then it can certainly get more. Which means it’s important that we get positioned now.

In the context of the broader market for self-driving cars, the timing is almost perfect. The global market for autonomous vehicles is already valued around $55 billion.

Over the next six years, this is expected to explode to over $550 billion, more than 10 times what it is now.

That’s a growth rate of about 40%, every year, for the next six years.

Add it all up, and that’s three of our most important investment themes: AI, 5G, and IoT, with bonus points for autonomous vehicles.

CEVA is doing a little bit of everything. This is on top of its already successful, industry-leading Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and storage solutions.

Oh, one more thing.

CEVA boasts something that’s unusual among small companies that focus on research and development: The company has no debt. It isn’t borrowing tons of money hoping that something works out. CEVA is well beyond the startup stage.

This position offers an extraordinary amount of stability and flexibility, and provides downside protection.

That’s a pretty good tradeoff for the potential.

Action to Take: Buy CEVA, Inc. (NASDAQ: CEVA) below $30 per share.

Sincerely,
