As the founder of Embridge Consulting, Emma is passionate about delivering outstanding service as well as creating a workforce that is proud of what they do. Emma has extensive operational experience of implementing and managing global transformation projects across Finance, HR, Procurement & Payroll.

Steve’s career has seen him manage Global implementations across 70 countries and is now responsible for Service Development and the GLAD (Global Learning and Development) team. Steve, a chartered accountant has for 15+ years implemented and supported many high profile projects having worked for Unit4 and Chaired the Agresso UK User group council.

Jane, a qualified accountant, heads up the Managed ERP team and support services for Embridge Consulting. With over 20 years extensive experience of Unit4 Business solutions across Core financials, PCB, HR Logistics and CRM, Jane is truly an expert in her field and is dedicated to delivering market leading software support, learning solutions and consultancy services.

Our approach:Using eLearning authoring tools, we use our tried-and-tested Alpha-Beta-Gold development process. We first design a proof of concept and prototype to ensure that the client is delighted with the design. At the same time, our content authors write course outlines, and then advance those into a series of storyboards. After approval from the client, we move through to Alpha-Beta-Gold versions of the course. We aim to meet our client’s expectations with smaller than 5% of changes at each stage.
