Net CSO is the amount dispatched and is typically CSO less the gross-up for losses Performance and Dispatched MW values are rounded to the nearest MW 2 Slide 3 July 19 th OP4 Event Background During the entire week of July 15 th New England extremely hot and humid weather, and ISO-NE declared MLCC #2 at 10:45 AM on July 15 th. ISO-NE forecasted the likely need for OP4 on three days that week, including Friday. On Friday morning the operating reserve projection was for a deficiency of 449 MW. OP4 Action 1 was declared at 12:00 OP4 Action 2 was declared at 13:00 and all RTDR except for Maine zones was dispatched. Actions 3 and 4 (for all areas but ME) followed. Peak hour had been forecast to be HE 15:00 but actual peak hour was HE 17:00.
