Here we can offer you our breathtaking grounds. Situated below our open air swimming pool, under the willow tree

Champers Suite Ceremonies
If you are looking for a ceremony room with a view, we recommend our
Champers Suite. Overlooking the grounds of the hotel and offering
direct, private access to a spacious decking area.
Garden Lounge Ceremonies
With original ornate fireplace, beautiful bay window and intricate decor - this
room offers the traditional manor house feel with a modern touch. Complete
with baby grande piano and access to private Italian gardens. Seats up to 90.

Our swimming pool is heated seasonally May - September and is open to residents only. The salon is run separately but offers
a discounted rate for residents.
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKINGProvisional bookings can be made by
telephone, letter, email or in person. Whilst provisional they can be confirmed by payment of a deposit. If not confirmed within the set time
frame the provisional booking will automatically be released. Bookings will be
considered definite once the deposit amount has been received in full.
GARDENSPlease be aware that our gardens feature a swimming pool and sunken ponds and
therefore provide a danger to children and non-swimmers. The company does not accept
responsibility for anyone using the gardens.
ACCESS & TIMINGSAccess to the Golding’s Suite on the day of
your function is from 7:30am, a member of the hotel team will meet the organiser/ designated
person and show them around.
FINISHING TIMESFriday & Saturday to finish at 12.30am. Sunday to Thursday 11.00pm. All non-residents must
vacate the premises at the close of the function. Hotel guests will not be served drinks
in public areas after this time, if they wish to order drinks it will be via room service only.
FUNCTION SUITEThe only function suite available for dry hire is
our Golding’s suite. The dry hire prices includes full use of this suite plus one area of
landscaped gardens for pictures. No other areas of the hotel are included unless
otherwise specified by a member of the funtions team. Once booked you are welcome
to come and visit to plan your ideas for the space. We recommend checking with us that
the suite is available prior to visiting.
EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTYDe Rougemont Manors insurance policy does
not provide cover for the loss/damage of clients, caterers or guests equipment/property. Any items not collected from the venue the day
after the vent will be disposed of, unless otherwise agreed with the functions team.
NUMBERSFinal numbers must be received one week before the function. You are responsible for providing this, this is a legal requirement for
fire regulations.
PAYMENTTo secure a booking, a £1,000 deposit will be taken. A final payment is due 6 weeks prior to
the function date. All payment(s) are made non refundable in the event of a cancellation.
BEDROOMSCheck in time is 3.00pm. We cannot guarantee
access prior to this time. An early check in is available if pre-booked, subject to availability. This is a chargeable service. Check out time is
11.00am.
STAFFINGAll staff required for the event is to be
provided by the designated caterers. The hotel will provide a member of staff who can liaise with the caterers if required. The member of staff the hotel provide is for the security and
supervision of the event only, not to help set up or manage the event.
CLEANINGThe hotel will ensure that the venue is cleaned
prior to the hire. You are then responsible to ensure the venue is left in an acceptable way.
You are not expected to clean up following the event, however all areas including the kitchen are to be left in a standard deemed acceptable
by the hotel.
WEDDING CEREMONIESIf your ceremony was to exceed the maximum size of our garden lounge and you opt for an
outdoor ceremony, you must obtain prior permission from the hotel management team. You will be responsible for ensuring all chairs
and tables required for the outdoor ceremony are ready prior to the service and
collected after the ceremony. If you opt to have the ceremony in the Garden Lounge, this must be confirmed when booking the room and will
be subject to available times.
Dry Hire Terms & Conditions
OUTSIDE CATERERSWith dry hire, you are welcome to use your own caterers. Copies of your caterers Public Liability Insurance and Health & Hygiene certificates are required. The catering company are expected to provide all the items required such as linen, crockery, cutlery, glassware, utensils as well as
catering staff.
TABLES & CHAIRSThe hotel offers a range of round and rectangle tables in various sizes, there is also a selection
of chairs available if you wish to use them.
BARS & ALCOHOLWith dry hire, you are welcome to bring any
alcohol or soft drinks required for your event. The hotel will provide a designated bar area
which you can use to serve your drinks.
ENTERTAINMENT AND DISCOSThe client is responsible for ensuring that
entertainers using electrical equipment have the appropriate safety certification and also
Public Liability Insurance. If the equipment is deemed to be unsafe the management
reserves the right to disconnect the power supply. All entertainers must vacate the
premises within 30 minutes of the end of the function. The management has the right to
change its music policy at any time.
Due to the limitation of space please refrain from booking bands of more than three members. (No drums). Noise levels are
monitored and must not exceed 95 decibels for the comfort of your guests and nearby
residents. If entertainers fail to stay within this limit we reserve the right to disconnect the
power supply.
CAR PARKINGThe hotel offers a large car park with an overflow car park, there is no charge for
parking at the hotel. All cars parked are done so at the responsibility of the driver.
DAMAGE & THEFTThe hotel reserves the right to charge the hirer for any goods, fixtures or any other equipment which is lost or damaged. Any damage caused
by the guests at the event are the responsibility of the hirer. The hotel will take a
security deposit of £1,000 - this will be required one week prior to the event. This deposit is
refundable and will be returned up to 5 days after the event providing it has not been used
to cover damage or theft.
CANCELLATION POLICYCancellation means the loss of
deposit in all cases. This is non refundable or transferable.
Should you wish to change the date of your booking to an alternative date, this will be at the venues discretion. Price increases may arise should your new booking fall into a
different pricing category.
