Dry Sil XL7 can be used on food processing equipment to prevent

jamming and production slow down. It is colorless, odorless, tasteless,

non-staining, and is not affected by water, oil and solvents. Also has a

multitude of other uses around the shop or industrial plant

• Stops sticking: Excellent for sticking wood, metal, plastic and rubber

surfaces. Prevents dirt, mud, snow and grass from sticking to mower

blades, shovels, chutes and slides.

• Water proofs: Leather, wood, chrome, canvas and rubber. Use to

waterproof ignition systems, spark plugs, and electrical connections.

• Rust proofs: Protects battery terminals, tools, steel windows, doors

and more.

• Dries fast: Leaves no greasy or oily film. Will not distort surface.

By following the provisions of the FDA regulations in 21 CFR, Part 178.3570 and 178.3530, Dry Sil XL7 with incidental food contact may be safely used on machinery used for producing, manufacturing, packing, processing, preparing, treating, packaging, transporting, or holding food. The amount used must be the minimum required to accomplish the desired technical effect on the equipment, and the addition to food of the Dimethylpolysiloxane cannot exceed 1 ppm. Dry Sil XL7 ends “poly build-up” on the mandrels, transfer chutes, and guide rails of the PUR-PAK paper milk carton machines. Prevents jamming and production slow-down.

Dry Sil XL7 dries fast and leaves no greasy or oily fi lm. It’s heat stable formula will not freeze or melt (-40°F to over 392°F range) and is not affected by water, oils or solvents.

DIRECTIONS: Thoroughly clean surfaces to be treated. Use steel wool on metals, and wipe with a good, compliant cleaning solvent if necessary. Clean rubber and plastic surfaces with detergent solution, rinse, and dry thoroughly. Spray a thin, light Silicone fi lm; avoid over spraying. Remove excess with a clean cloth. Renew when necessary. ATTENTION: Do not allow spray, mist or coating to cover fl oors; they may become slippery, especially when wet.

DANGER: Extremely fl ammable aerosol. May be fatal if swallowed and enters airways. Keep away from heat/sparks/open fl ames/hot surfaces. No smoking. Do not spray on an open fl ame or other ignition source. Pressurized container: Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Store locked up. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 49°C/120°F. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local/regional/national/international regulations.

FIRST AID: IF SWALLOWED: Immediately call a poison center/doctor. Do NOT induce vomiting. IF ON SKIN: Wash off with soap and water. Get medical attention if irritation develops and persists. IF IN EYES: Rinse with water. Get medical attention if irritation develops and persists. IF INHALED: If symptoms develop move victim to fresh air. Get medical attention if symptoms persist.

CONTAINS (CAS#): Butane (106-97-8), Propane (74-98-6),Naphtha (petroleum), Heavy Alkylate (64741-65-7) and Dimethyl siloxane, trimethylsiloxy-terminated (63148-62-9).
