MonoX NeON uses n-type cells, which boastsover-3 times as higher mobility of electric chargeand mobility as traditional p-type cells, resultingin higher generation efficiency.
MonoX NeON uses the Nano-level processcontrol predominant in semiconductor processingprocess, which ensures less electric loss frominternal defects.
The n-type cells used in MonoX NeON have almostno boron which may cause the initial efficiency todrop, which leads to less LID.
The rear of the cell used in MonoX NeON willcontribute to generation, just like the front; thelight beam reflected from the rear of the module isreabsorbed to generate a great amount ofadditional power.
MonoX NeON is a high-yield module developedby LG Electronics. The company tries to concentrateits R&D capacities on developing a product whichcan practically increase the benefits (or values) tocustomers, beyond just the efficiency. This allowedthe company to successfully introduce a high-yieldmodule, MonoX NeON, which uses highly efficientn-type materials, elaborate process control adoptinga semiconductor processing solution, and doublesidedstructure.
