Alarm Software

The status of the DS200 systems installed at multiple locations can be

viewed through this interface. You may even upload different maps to the

software and place your DS200 systems on the map. In case of an alarm

situation, the software will warn you with both visual & acoustic warnings

as well as send alarm notifications through e-mail. You might edit & revise

the alarm messages as per your requirement.

Unified Structure

Karel DS200 presents the advantage of unified structure and extensibility

in which more than one PBX as well as IP-Gateways operate as a single

seamless structure. The system runs on Linux and supports open software

embedded in the system, additional applications such as Call Center,

IntelliContact-VL, the voice logger solution offers a facility to record &

retive calls made by users.

Call Detail Recording (CDR)

Call details can be recorded and then monitored via IntelliCAS - Call

Accounting Software. With these features, the system allows you to

trace the voice traffic of your organization and try to find economical

solutions.

Networking

DS200 systems installed at different locations can form a telephone

system network and act as a single, uniform system. This can be

done by connecting to each other via star, chain or any combination

of both, thanks to the incorporated QSIG support. Within such a

network, uniform or non-uniform numbering plans can be used so

that an extension of any individual PABX system can directly call the

other party that is connected to another system in the network. Widely

and frequently used PABX facilities such as calling line identification,

alternate routing, routing authorizations, routing restrictions, least

cost routing, call forwarding and call transfer are supported within the

entire network.
