CERTIFICATION

In 2006, DTCC Learning launched a

certification program for our customers,

which established standards of expertise

in the use of the products and services of

DTCC subsidiaries.

Certification gives you a tool to document,

measure and track the skills of your

employees. It also strengthens continuity

planning and fosters the growth of

institutional knowledge by providing you

with a map of where DTC-related skills

reside in your organization. Employees

with DTCC Learning Certifications are more

readily prepared to move among different

operational areas, reduce risk and make

lasting contributions at your firm.

The program begins with applicants

completing a self-assessment. This allows

potential candidates to gauge their level of

expertise. A dedicated Learning Consultant

examines every assessment and advises

the candidate as to how he/she can best

prepare for the exam, such as completing

specific eLearning modules and attending

a Certification Prep webinar. Candidates

are then given six (6) weeks to complete

the curriculum and prepare for the exam.

During the entire process, every candidate

has access to their Learning Consultant who

monitors their progress and offers advice

and remediation as necessary.

This industry credential offers you and

your team the opportunity to improve

performance, increase efficiency, and

gain a competitive advantage in the
