Situation:Nu Flow was asked to rehabilitate a building’s secondaryheating system to remove it of corrosion and to extend itsuseful life. The carbon steel and copper pipe system consistsof 600 feet of mainline and 130 feet of lateral line pipes.
Solution:Day-to-day operations were not disturbed thanFlow’s trenchless blown-in epoxy coating processpipes in the heating system now have a protectiveprevent pinhole leaks and corrosion.

NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center: Heating System Rehabilitation
Location: New York, New York
Situation:Corrosion in the galvanized piping system that consists ofmore than 400 feet of 6” and 200 feet of 8” potable watermains. The pipes run through the travertine-covered walls,the ceiling in the main lobby and the ceiling in a restaurant.
Solution:Nu Flow rehabilitated the pipe system without destruction tothe building or disrupting the tenants’ normal operations. Ourin-place pipe restoration epoxy coating will protect the watermains from corrosion and other problems.

MetLife Skyscraper: Potable Water Main Rehabilitation
Location: Downtown Houston, Texas
Situation:This 32-story commercial skyscraper’s roof drain pipes wouldleak into the Houston Tunnel System below the building afterit would rain. The cast iron main is more than 80 years oldand are located below the lobby’s marble oor and the oorsof other businesses. Destruction was not preferred.
Solution:Nu Flow used existing access points to pull our protectivestructural liner into place. This did not cause any destructionto the building, which prevented the closure of any ofces orpart of the Houston Tunnel System. The customer was alsothrilled that our solution was half the cost of a repipe.

Niels Esperson Building: Roof Drain Main Rehabilitation
Location: Downtown San Diego, California
Situation:The waterfront hotel sits at sea level, with its parking structurebelow the hotel. Beneath an 18-inch slab, the hotel’s sanitarydrain line runs below the ocean’s water table The corrosiveocean water ate away at a 70-foot run of 4” cast iron pipe.
Solution: After a traditional spot repair by another companyhotel hired Nu Flow to install our Pull-in-Place, sealiner into the drain system. Our no-dig technologcause unsightly construction, and the retrot liner wthe pipes from the ocean water.

Omni Hotel: Sewer Drain Line Rehabilitation
Location: Reno, Nevada
Situation:The stainless steel potable system, which ranges from 4"to 12" in diameter, for Peppermill’s pools, spas and fountainexperienced pinhole leaks in the welded joints from aggressive
water. The customer searched for a non-invasive pipe liningsolution that would not destroy the newly remodeled building.
Solution:Nu Flow’s blown-in, barrier coating epoxy was the osolution for the customer. Our technicians rehabpotable water lines using existing access points wdisruption to the customers and employees. Nu only company with technology to line pipes up to 12"

Peppermill Hotel & Casino: Potable Water System Rehabilitation
Location: New York, New York
Situation:The 10 roof drains encased in concrete pillars were rotten,had leaks and could have destroyed the historical templefrom within. The roof drains run through 12-story columns inthe middle of the Synagogue.
Solution:Nu Flow’s trenchless technology preserved the historicaltemple and the interior columns, causing minimal disruptionto the temple’s normal operations. Nu Flow’s Pull-in-Placestructural liner created a new pipe within the existing hostpipes, protecting the drain system from future problems.

Temple Emanu-El: Roof Drain Syst em Rehabilitation
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Situation:This posh commercial and residential complex along theLake Ontario coast experienced constant pipe systemfailures. The property’s original HVAC system consistedof galvanized pipes with a glycol coolant. The glycol atethrough the pipes, creating pinhole leaks and ruptures.
Solution:Nu Flow technicians isolated the HVAC pipe system andapplied our barrier coating to the 2,000+ feet of failingpipes using our unique, non-invasive process. Nu Flow’sepoxy coating will protect the pipes and serve as a long-term solution against pinhole leaks and other failures.

Location: Southern California
Situation: A 14"-diameter drain line that runs beneath a large poolexperienced chronic failures. The customer needed a long-term solution that would keep the pool and surroundinglandscape in tact, as well as cause as little disruption to thetheme park as possible.
Solution:Nu Flow installed our structural liner using our unique andinnovative Pull-in-Place technology. This liner will protect theinside of the pipe line and will prevent leaks. The customerwas so happy with our solution that the company scheduledmore work for us to do in their park.

Southern California Theme Park: Underground Drain Line Rehabilitation
Location: Chula Vista, California
Situation:The aged sanitary branch line below the Target’s food courtexperienced backups and limited fow. This pipe line is locat ed3.5 feet beneath concrete. The pipe line was jetted yearsprior, but the problems still returned. The customer wanted along-term solution that would not disrupt operations.
Solution:Nu Flow rehabilitated the failing pipe without having to moveor unplug any equipment. Our technicians worked while thestore was closed at night, and the food court operatednormally during business hours. Nu Flow’s Pull-in-Placestructural liner was installed to prevent future problems.
