• Now this is very crazy when he died on April 4th 1841 he ended up leaving three presidents to serve a whole calendar. He was the very first president to die while in office. People come to believe that the Tippecanoe curse was the reason for his ill death. His last words were as followed: ”I wish you to understand the true principles of the government. I wish them carried out. I wish nothing more.”
