o For Android users : Download the RHB Reflex Mobile App from the Google Play Store
o For Apple iOS users : Download the RHB Reflex Mobile App from the Apple App Store
o Launch the RHB Reflex Mobile Appo On RHB Reflex Mobile App main page, Select
‘DuitNow QR’
o You will be directed to the DuitNow QR page
o On the DuitNow QR page, select ‘Register’

o You have the options to register with either :o RHB Reflex Corporate ID - For RHB Reflex
userso Business Registration Number (BRN) - For Non
RHB Reflex (RHB Business Current Account holder only)
o If you are registering with RHB Reflex Corporate ID, key in the RHB Reflex Corporate ID provided by the bank
o If you are registering with your BRN, key in your company Business Registration Number and then enter your RHB Business Current Account number
o Once completed, select ‘NEXT’
o On the Account Information page, verify the details of your RHB Business Current Account
Note : The RHB Business Current Account stated on the Account Information page will be registered for DuitNow QR collection
o Once verified, select ‘NEXT’o To edit details, select ‘BACK’
o For One-Time Password (OTP) Registration page, enter your mobile number
Note : The mobile number field is only applicable for Malaysian mobile numbers only
o Once completed, select ‘I AGREE & CONFIRM’
o Once agreed & confirmed, an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number.

o Once the OTP is received, key in the 6 digit OTP on the Confirm OTP page
o On this page, you are required to enter your details below :o User Name : <Your Name>o Business Type : <Your Business Type>o Address : <Your Company’s Registered Address>o Outlet Name : <Name of the Outlet>o User ID : <Your User ID to login to DuitNow QR>
o Once completed, select ‘NEXT’
o On this page, you are required to create new 6 digit PIN as a login PIN to DuitNow QR

o On this page, confirm your 6 digit PIN by re-entering the 6 digit PIN
o Once complete, the registered Merchant ID and User ID will be stated on this page
o To complete your registration select ‘DONE ‘
o You will then be directed to the Login Page

Note: o The user that registers for the DuitNow QR will be termed the ‘Manager’ and
will have one (1) Admin IDo Only one (1) Admin ID is available for one (1) Merchant
o To login to DuitNow QR, launch the RHB Reflex Mobile App on your mobile
o At the login page, enter your registered User ID
o Once completed, select ‘LOGIN’
o On this page, enter the registered 6 digit login PIN
o For users with more than 1 outlet, select the registered outlet
o Once outlet is selected, select ‘NEXT”

o If you have forgotten your User ID, launch the RHB Reflex Mobile App on your mobile
o On the login page, select ‘FORGOT USER ID’
o On the Forgot User ID page, select ID Type:o RHB Reflex Corporate ID, oro BRN no.
o If you selected ID No, enter the registered ID number for DuitNow QR based on the selected ID type
o If you selected Account No, enter the registered RHB Business Current Account number registered for DuitNow QR
o Once completed, select ‘NEXT’
o An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number for verification
o Select ‘I AGREE & CONFIRM’
o If you would like to edit the ID number or the RHB Business Current Account number, select ‘BACK’ and you will be re-directed to the previous page

o Once completed, your User ID will be stated on the login page
o To login, select ‘LOGIN’

o If your User ID has been blocked, launch the RHB Reflex Mobile App on your mobile
o On the login page, select ‘UNBLOCK USER ID’
o An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number for verification
o Select ‘I AGREE & CONFIRM’ to receive the OTP
o Once the OTP has been received, enter the 6 digit OTP number

o Create new 6 digit PIN for your login
o Confirm the new 6 digit PIN by re-entering the new 6 digit PIN
o You have successfully changed to the new 6 digit PIN
o Once complete, select ‘DONE’

o Once you have successfully logged in to DuitNow QR, enter the amount to be collected for payment collection
o Once completed, select ‘CHARGE RM xx.xx’ (this will reflected with amount keyed in)
o The charged amount and the DuitNow Dynamic QR code will be presented
o You may present the Dynamic QR code to the customer for scanning to obtain payment collection

o Once you have successfully logged in to DuitNow QR, select ‘SIDE MENU’ icon on the top left of the app
o The Side Menu will pop out for your selection
o From the Side Menu, select ‘TRANSACTIONS’
o You may search and view for previous transactions by :o Outlet Nameo Transaction Reference Numbero Transactions for current date, select
Today oro Transactions history by Date Selection
o Once completed, select ‘APPLY’

o If searched by Today, the transaction list will be stated based only on the current date.
o If searched by History, the transaction list will be stated based only on the selected dates
o What is shown on Amount is the total transaction amount for each selected dates
o To view the detailed transaction list, select the ‘ARROW (>) ‘ on the right
o A detailed transaction list for the selected dates will be displayed

o Push Notifications will be sent out to the Merchant for all QR transactions
o To view all the push notification for QR transactions, launch RHB Reflex Mobile App and select ‘INBOX’
o Select any of the following messages to view details

o Enter the registered existing PIN to change to the new PIN

o Once updated, select ‘UPDATE’ to complete
o An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number for verification
o Select ‘I AGREE & CONFIRM’ to receive the OTP

o To perform cashier maintenance or update cashier, select the ‘CASHIERS’ count on the Settings page
o A list of registered cashiers will be presented on the Cashiers page
o To add a new cashier, select the ‘PLUS (+)’ icon on top right of the app
o Enter new cashier details :o Cashier Name (mandatory)o Cashier ID (mandatory)o Telephone Numbero Email Addresso Select the Outlet from the dropdown list
o Once completed, select ‘ADD’ and create 6 digit PIN
o The newly registered cashier will be listed in the cashiers page
