Picnic and Red Top Mountain, Friday, June 10, 10:00 AM. As part of resident appreciation week we head off to Red Top Mountain to a scenic picnic covered pavilion with a great view of Lake Allatoona to enjoy a lunch of Kentucky Fried Chicken, watermelon and cookies. If you prefer to bring your own lunch indicate on the sign up sheet. Cost: $10, includes picnic lunch and bus fee. Deadline: June 6. We need 12- 15 for this outing

The Duck Boat at Stone Mountain, Friday, June 17, 10:15 AM. Sign up to ride the Duck Boat at Stone Mountain Park. The Duck Boat, like the famous Duck Boat in Boston, which Lynn Mayer drove, takes us on a driving tour of Stone Mt. Park and then the vehicle drives into the lake for a tour from the water! Music to My Ears, Thursday, June 23, 6:30 PM. Community Room. Music to My Ears, a talented musical group who have performed at Clairmont Place in the past, return to perform tunes from Broadway. The concert is in the Community Room following dinner and is part of the Summer Solstice day events.
