They are a market leader in the regular/decaf coffee, iced coffee, hot flavored coffee, donut, bagel and muffin categories. Dunkin Donuts franchisee First Cup, LLC has a total of 51 stores in four markets. Currently they have 12 stores in Las Vegas, 34 stores in Arizona, 4 stores in Colorado and have just entered the California market with 1 store. Lubertus Hayenga serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of First Cup, LLC dba/Dunkin donuts in the Arizona, Nevada, Colorado and California Markets.

The Hertz Corporation approached Dapper Companies in the second quarter of 2013 looking to improve the position of one of their best performing locations. With their current lease coming up on its expiration, they saw an opportunity to increase their market share in the West Sahara auto dealer corridor. Dapper Companies found the perfect location for Hertz within the Burlington Coat Factory shopping center, a little over a mile west of their former location. Having occupied their existing space for over 12 years, they are a veteran in this market and predict to grow their transactions per month by up to 40%. They believe the competitive advantage created by moving to this better location will increase their market share. This location will improve their position with a more strategic location and an unobstructed exposure to W. Sahara Ave., housed in one of the best looking buildings in the area. Hertz Rent-A-Car typically only makes moves like these when positive results are certain. Their most recent opening located on E. Las Vegas is the most populous city in the U.S. state of Ne-vada and the county seat of Clark County. Established in 1905, Las Vegas was incorporated as a city in 1911. Las Vegas often refers to the city plus some areas be-yond the city limits, especially the resort areas on and near the Las Vegas Strip, and sometimes the entire Las Vegas Val-ley. The 4.2 mi (6.8 km) stretch of South Las Vegas Boulevard known as the Strip is mainly in the unincorporated communi-ties of Paradise, Winchester, and Enterprise.
