Service Providers are requested to submit the following compulsory documents:
A Registered Professional Topographical Survey Engineer to provide a service for a project as
contemplated by the South African Geomatics Council (Act No. 19 of 2013), South African Council for the Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP) in terms of section 20(3) of Natural Scientific Professions Act, 2003(Act 27 of 2003) and the National Building Regulations SANS 10400 and the
Building Standards Act No.103 of 1977, as amended. Failure to submit the registration certificate will lead to disqualification. (Compulsory).
The Tax compliance status PIN (TCS PIN) must be submitted. Should the Bidders tax clearance status
not be in order at close of the evaluation of the bid, this will lead to the invalidation of the bid document.
(Compulsory).
Certified valid BBBEE certificate (Sanas or IRBA or affidavit) (Compulsory).
Certified company registration documents including Certified ID’s of Directors (Compulsory).
Central Supplier Database report (CSD) (Compulsory).
Forms 5 to 8 (pages 11 to 25) completed and signed. (Compulsory).
Initialed General and special conditions of contract (Pages 26 to 31) (Compulsory).
Professional Indemnity Insurance cover for a minimum of R5 Million will be required. (Compulsory).
Last two duly signed and audited/ independently reviewed financial statements for companies who
qualifies in terms of companies act. (Compulsory).
Original bank report from a registered bank with bank stamp including a minimum bank rating of code “C”.
(Compulsory).
Failure to comply with any of the above mentioned requirements will result in the automatic disqualification of the bid response.
