During the 2003-2004 school year, 55 state-of-the-art science labs have

been established in the 31 Title One

elementary schools.

Some schools house only 1 lab for grade 5 while those with extra

space are able to house additional labs for grades 3 and 4.

mobile, wireless, laptop computer lab for students to access the internet and

the various fee-based databases provided

through Baltimore County Public Schools.

And finally……

aside from anchoring the microscope cabinets, the

addition of these items will not require any permanent

physical changes to classrooms being converted

to labs.
