Doc. 15) currently set before the Court on April 21, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. See Rec. Doc. 10. A brief continuance will afford needed time for the United States to address with the State of Louisiana and other affected law-enforcement entities the order and sequence of concurrent state and federal charges. Defense counsel, Dick DeGuerin and Chip B. Lewis, have stated that they have no objection to a continuance of the status conference, oral argument, and submission date. WHEREFORE, for these reasons, the United States requests that the Court grant this motion and continue the status conference, oral argument, and submission date from April 21, 2015 until April 28, 2015 or to a date decided by the Court.
