Dusters roots lie in the cradle of surf & skate culture in the golden haze of California. Dusters is bred from the same spirit that was born in the 60’s and 70’s when skateboarding, surfing, and music defined themselves against the establishment.

From the easy compact convenience of the ‘Ace’, a true performance short cruiser, to the ‘Keen’ a midsize cruiser offering hybrid performance for the park or street. Our surf inspired cruisers, like the ‘Glassy’ and our expanded longboard range offer shapes that allow skaters to ollie, bomb hills, or just carve in style on the boardwalk. Dusters California is crafted in our own premier woodshop, unlike most of our competitors. From wood burns and vintage wood finishes, complex veneer inlays, v-ply lay-ups, and fiberglass constructions - the quality, fit and finish of our boards is unrivaled and we are only just getting started. We skate everything we make to ensure our boards are capable of performing in all conditions.

From the heart of one to the minds of the many, the sounds and larger than life persona of Jimi Hendrix is still one of the most electrifying and unifying forces in music. Dusters is honored to present an exclusive collaboration with rock legend Jimi Hendrix. His music and personality have been a huge influence to different generations, especially in the formative days of skateboarding. Inspired by his style and using iconic graphics, we have developed an original cruiser and longboard from the official art of “Axis Bold as Love” and “Purple Haze”, constructed with a unique design for the perfect soulful ride.

The Cazh is a wider board inspired by pool skating. This Dusters classic features wood burned logos, die cut griptape, and like all our other boards, it comes with our high performance Abec 7 bearings, perfect for cruising.

Dusters surf inspired Kosher is based on the classic fish surfboards from the 70’s. They feature a longer wheelbase for a stable surf feel with comfortable control for hitting the hills and carving the streets.

“GIRL IS NOT A 4 LETTER WORD” is a collaboration with 70’s pro skater Cindy Whitehead and GRO (Girls Riders Organization). The “GN4LW” board supports “Longboarding for Peace”, and not only acknowledges, but encourages ALL female skaters. The Dusters drop-down design provides the greatest stability for both the novice and the seasoned veteran alike. We use tried and true technology and geometry to satisfy the needs of a wide range of riders. These longboards feature a cut in nose and tail for better turning and are great for downhill. They act as a hybrid between the tech longboards and the free ride/cruising/recreational longboard styles.

Dusters California is bringing back Kryptonics Star*Trac Wheels. Soon to be unveiled, you will once again have the Force of advanced technology at your command. New wheels that will take you far beyond the performance capabilities of your present equipment, into the outer limits of urethane technology.

Following in the footsteps of Jim Ford, a young Kryptonics employee who snuck into the factory after hours in 1976 to create the first Star*Trac wheels, and brilliant urethane chemist Chuck Demarest, we have reformulated the softer compounds to be tougher and faster. Soon you will see those new compounds and other major advancements come together in a sophisticated selection of skateboard wheels.

We're releasing three durometers of wheels in the original sizes and shapes, plus one new size. The iconic Kryptonics Star*Trac 70mm red wheel was faster than any other wheel

and able to roll over small boulders. We're making the original even better by adding a 75mm size to the new Kryptonics Star*Trac wheel collection. Perfect for your favorite

downhill run, boardwalk cruise or your daily commute. Roll fast, roll long!

Red 78A– Fast and smooth. Great acceleration with predictable traction. Excels on rough surfaces.

Glides like butter on every other surface. This is the wheel that changed everything. If you’re old enough you’ll remember the feeling, and

if you’re not, you can experience it now. Blue 82A– A touch softer, but more forgiving

than the 1970s (86A) version. Slap ‘em on your favorite reissue deck and take it to the streets or

parks. Plenty of speed and flow, especially on smoother surfaces.

Green 86A– Not quite as hard as the original green (91A) introduced by Kryptonics in 1976, the new "green" offers a smooth quite ride on both rough and smooth surfaces. Perfect for your neighborhood ditch and streets. All are available in 60mm, 65mm, 70mm and a new 75mm.
