Rose Crystals – Size 12 1. Set up Beginner Jig according to patterns – bodice and skirt designs are each set up on separate jigs. 2. For each card, cut pink card stock 3 3/8” x 8½” and stamp with Dot background, using Watermark Ink. For main por- tion of card, cut card stock down to 3 3/8” x 4¾” and reserve the additional piece for stamped words. (Figure 1 Next Page) 3. Follow the pattern and form one bodice and one skirt for each card with 22 gauge wire. Trim off excess wire. (Figure 2,3 & 5 Next Page) 4. Determine placement of skirt and bodice and attach with wire staples (see next step). 5. Attaching with wire staples: make tiny holes with needle tool or pin (place on foam cushion to do this) in several lo- cations on each section to be attached. Make 1” horseshoe shapes with 26 gauge matching wire. Insert these horseshoe shapes through the tiny holes and secure by flattening on the back of the card stock. (Figure 4 Next Page) 6. Apply primrose ink to edges of wired card stock to soften them. 7. Apply 3-D foam tape to back of wired piece, covering all edges and several places through the center. Adhere this piece to Polka Dot paper cut 1/8” larger on all sides.

1. Set up Beginner Jig according to patterns – bodice and skirt designs are each set up on separate jigs.

8. Stamp desired words with Primrose ink on additional pink dot card stock and trim with small border around words. Ap-ply Primrose ink around edges. Using 3-D foam tape, adhere to Black Dot paper cut slightly larger, then to additional pink dot card stock, edged with primrose ink (as above) 3 3/8” wide.

9.For each card, cut black card stock 4 3/8 x 7 ½” and trim with scallop edge scissors.

10. Adhere all layers together then to black card stock.

11. Cut white glossy card stock to desired size and adhere all layers together with double-sided adhesive.

12. Adhere crystals to card where desired with Hypo Cement and allow to dry.
