Management of approximately 1,000 auto body shops within the Direct Repair Program and ground up development and management of vendor outsourced Re-inspection Program.

Investigate Personal and Commercial Lines Auto Claim Severity, implement changes to foster severity reduction, and develop current and future monitoring and measuring tools.

Conduct field re-inspections of staff appraisers to calibrate current procedures and maximize resource utilization. Conduct R&D to increase staff appraiser personnel within footprint. Propose and implement wireless connectivity for staff appraisers and implement change for staff appraiser estimating software. Propose and implement total loss settlement by staff appraisers.
